This property is 5 acres of mostly open space about 1 acre is wooded that lines the property. We do have a barn where we keep chickens. We let our chickens free range, however they typically stay at the barn area. We are 5 minutes off of Routes 11/15 and 2 miles outside of the town of Liverpool. We offer a wrap-around upper porch where you can sit and swing while watching your doggos. We offer many amenities if you do not see one listed we can make accommodations. I work from home so I am available at all times. We have a 2-year-old toddler who loves all animals. We also have 2 huskies, and 1 outside cat. We also offer doggy daycare and overnight boarding if you need those services.

Lawn is well maintained and poop is cleaned up regularly using provided poop bags for deposit. I have a roughly 800 square ft yard with fencing all around. 😊 I also have a bench, chairs, and firepit available for use (must bring own wood). My porch is screened in as well with seating and a table, but I would appreciate extra notice if you plan to be up there using it. There is also parking for 1 car in front of the gate to the yard (which is the entry/exit), and a playground also directly across the street ! You are welcome to come in and use my restroom if I am home, otherwise there are porta potties by the playground. The trash can is by the road. (Yellow lid is recycling)

Now available 5 acres of play! Our play area features a 2 acre unfenced mowed and maintained yard. Also included is 3 acres of unmaintained creek bottom. Dog are more than welcome to take a dip in the creek as long as you are willing to walk through the high grass to supervise! Surrounding the property is a 20 acre wheat field. Be aware that if a dog were to go in the wheat they will not be visible so dog must be able to be recalled. The wheat is not around all year and once harvested the extra 20 acres is free game for play. Our area is prone to ticks and we recommend checking pets immediately after returning home from their day of play. On the property is also outdoor cats, 2 dogs (that will remain indoors during your play period) and free range ducks so please consider how your dogs will react as we know things happen but would not like them to chase or go after these animals.

We have 3 1/2 acres of woods. With a trail going to the state forest road. You can walk the trail or throw sticks and have your furry friend get exercise running around the yard and woods.
