Hello! Welcome to The Dog Spot! We are located in the country in Corcoran, just south of Hanover, west of Rogers. We have about .5 acres fenced in that we refer to as our dog park. Fencing is chicken wire / hog paneling with a utility gate entry. Two people per dog are allowed. If you would like to bring additional people, please add on a Pawty Package. Bring your snowshoes if you would like a bit of a workout yourself off trail in the deeper snow! PLEASE NOTE: Zero tolerance for smoking of ANYTHING while on our property. You may smoke in your own personal vehicle. But also, do NOT leave your dogs unattended. Please pick up after your dog. I am finding a crazy amount of poop left behind. Fill any holes you pup digs and return toy to bin. Also, in the winter months, please be aware that their is no lighting in the field. The designated Sniffspot parking area has ample lighting but none in the field.

**It's muddy!! Until things dry out, parking is only available on the concrete pad closer to the house. Please do not park by the bonfire pit. ** **Fostering a dog? Message for special discounts** This is our private residence. Our dogs love walking the trails, sprinting through the woods, and diving through the prairie grasses. We love offering other pups the chance to enjoy it too! The trails are mostly wooded, and there is a ravine with a small creek (often dry in the summer). There are areas of trails, woods, prairie, and mowed grass. There is a barbed-wire fence marking the property line around the property, however it is not fully-fenced. Your dog will need to know to stay close enough to you or respond to your calls. *The ticks are out!* *Poop bags provided* 10% of all profit is donated to dog rescue organizations

Fully fenced acre backyard with a huge patio, chairs and table, a pavilion with couches, and lots of places for pups to play (and for humans to relax!). There is a big hill. All are welcome, and this is also a great spot for nervous or anxious dogs to feel safe and run free! 90 minute time slot. We have an open 70 acres surrounding a private pond with a trail thru the fields and woods around nature. The time allotment is 90 minutes only. We ask that our guests park by the barn and go straight to the lake then to the left around the lake. Trails are marked. It is about a 1 mile trail or more. trails are not plowed open in the winter but are perfect for snow shoeing, hiking an fat tire bikes in the snow on the trails or perfect spring to fall on the maintained trails.

It A completely wood and cyclone fenced area. Want to play in a safe area with your dog(s) at night? Flood lights will make the play area nice & bright. Off leash, privacy, play time for you, you/family, and of course, your beloved dog(s) Squirrels and rabbits pass through the dog park. My beloved miniature little brown poodle, Morty Mocha Wonka, once captured a fast rabbit in the side yard park that was bigger than himself, thus, Elvis Presley became his friend, and Morty was no longer a “Hound Dog” For warm or hot sunny days, the Red Maple Tree in the play area will provide you with instant shade, and it is the perfect spot for provided chair(s) where you can throw optional provided numerous rubber ball toys to your dog(s) to play fetch & retrieve. Perhaps your dog(s) would like to take a run thru the 12 ft nylon agility tube, the adjustable garden hose nozzle will provide you the option to relieve yourself(s) and dog(s) with a cold refreshing mist, including sanitized stainless steel water dish(es) at your disposal, For clean up, towels, hand sanitizer & plastic small poop bags are at your disposal with a trash can to get rid of anything undesirable. It would make me very happy to know your dog(s) are enjoying the converted side yard private dog park, as my beloved dogs did, especially my white standard poodle Buddy, who the dog park is named after. He loved to crouch down (because one time the ball hit him) by the pine trees and the very tall 20-30 ft high arborvitaes that line the west wood perimeter fence, as he waited for me to throw a rubber ball to him, that he would eagerly fetch and return to me. We are about an .25 mile off the main road and our 10 acres go deeper into the woods. We have about 5 acres of wooded areas and 5 acres of open trails. It is a beautiful and private property. The property is 100% fenced- the fencing is 3 feet high- there is a gate in the driveway, once closed it is completely fenced in.

My backyard offers 2 acres of fully fenced forested area with over 50 trees within that area! We keep a trail mowed that loops down into the bottom of the yard so you have a comfortable walking trail and your 4 legged friends can use it as a racetrack! Tons of smells to sniff and ample room for zoomies! Chickens will always be secured in their predator proof coop and run. There are toys, a garbage can, a dog bowl, and extra poop bags on the patio just before the wooden stairs. Please feel free to park in the driveway on the right side of the garage!
