Beautiful Hill Country spot! As advertised, this property is partially fenced. Back & sides are fenced but the part along the road is not. Our visit was at 8:30 am on a Saturday and I only saw one car and one person walking a leashed dog on the roadway during that time. Tucker was extremely responsive and quickly & thoroughly answered the questions I sent after booking. Dogs had a great time rolling in the grass, sniffing the smoker, and peering out at the neighbor’s longhorn statue 😂
