55Chip was very helpful and response I’ve when I contacted him about any potential dogs on the property since we have a reactive dog. His property has great views along the trails they have made and we got to watch thunderstorms in the distance and saw a rainbow too. The trail was quiet and the only sounds we had were the neighbors dogs when we first drove in but we didn’t have any interaction with them. Parking was plentiful and easy to figure out based on the information Chip provided. We were a little confused on what we should do when we got there and where to go but we quickly saw the cute white handmade signs along the trail. Enjoyed our walk and we would absolutely come back and since he’s located close to us we might use Chip for training for our little reactive guy! Shelly A.
