For environmental reasons, the creek area is not fenced, therefore bring a leash for your dog(s) when going into that area. Our hilly forested land, a tapestry of guardrails, fences, gates, natural barriers, rolling trails, springs and creeks, sometimes steep, sometimes flat, is a haven for play. There is a 100-foot-long Stick Library! These trails, originally created for horses, have been lovingly reclaimed from invasive brush and dead trees, now fun for paws and feet alike. We’ve ensured the future of this tranquil forest by planting more than 600 local tree saplings. The canopy of Hemlock, Douglas Fir, Western Red Cedar, Yew, BigLeaf Maple, and Alder, filled out as soon as there was more light. These trails whisper stories of the past. In the spring flowering bushes bloom from March through early June, in the summer lush frilly leaves decorate every breeze with greenery in motion, and in the fall in October the leaves magically turn yellow, orange, red, brown, and purple. Wonderlane is more than a place; it’s an experience—a Sniffspot designed with your dog’s joy in mind. Dog Nirvana reservations can be made one or two weeks in advance on a rolling basis. In addition the spot is always closed all day Monday and Tuesday as well as Thursday from 9 to 1 for maintenance. Come enjoy yourself in the country! We have over 10 fully fenced acres that include two spring-fed private ponds for dogs that like the water, some slight hills for running and playing, lots of wide open space and a beautiful creek. There will be no dogs, people or animals outside on my property during your visit. Please just bring your own toys and pick up after your dogs. I look forward to welcoming you! * The entire 10+ acre perimeter of the property is steel mesh fencing with poles and/or steel mesh fencing in horse fencing to keep the entire perimeter secure and safe. PLEASE NOTE there are TWO FENCING SYSTEMS here -- the internal pastures that are fenced in 3 rail white fencing and the perimeter fencing which consists of steel mesh to the ground and large log poles and/or 3 rail fencing with steel mesh down to the ground. The pasture fencing is located INSIDE of the separate property perimeter fencing. If a dog runs under the white interior pasture fencing they are still secured within the perimeter system. * The front gate and a service gate are metal with horizontal rails with 6.5 inches between each rail. Smaller dogs could potentially get out through the rails. A picture of the gate is included in listing photos so that guests can assess whether the gate will be an issue for them so they can determine whether this property will be appropriate for their pup(s). * This property is pretty secluded. Two sides of the property are surrounded by conservation land (woods), one by a quiet neighborhood road (with the only house set back and not visible while on my property) and the fourth (above the house and barn) by 60 acres in two parcels. The neighbors ' horses might be seen in the distance along the upper side of my property and you might hear their dogs barking from several acres away periodically. * Several pastures have covered horse sheds in them that can be used by visitors for shelter from rain or sun. * There is a dog dish for water, a container of water, poop bags and several garbage cans for doggie poop bags! * If you bring additional guests with pups PLEASE make sure they are aware of all information/rules shared in the listing and via message by the host. * Carey Creek runs along the entire south side of the lowest pasture. It is fully useable for guests. it is on my property but outside of our secure fences so if you go out the gates at the bottom of the property to get to the creek you should leash up if your dog has poor recall. * We have access across the road from the property to 1800 + acres with 30 miles of trails on Taylor Mountain (King County Park) so make it a day and come enjoy our little slice of heaven!

Hello and welcome to our Sniffspot! We hope you enjoy your time here. ***Update*** our Sniffspot will be closing on November 5th. We appreciate all of our guests and your beautiful pups! Thank you for visiting us Just a reminder to please pick up the toys and water bowls that you use when here and place them in the 'used/dirty bin'. Please also pick up waste and deposit to the trash bins! This ensures a clean space for the pups that visit after you. Thanks! It's a large, open one acre pasture with plenty of room to run and play. Tall fir trees, our home and other single family homes surround the property. There are neighbors who walk their dogs or play with their dogs in their yards. There are no shared fence-lines but we are noting this in case your dog might be reactive or sensitive to seeing and hearing other dogs and people. There are also chickens nearby - see note below. Double gated entrance for security. Park along the fence on the gravel drive. Plenty of room for your pup to enjoy the zoomies! A few things below to note, thank you! *🎾💦 For the toys and water bowls, we have labeled bins for 'clean' and 'dirty/used'. Please utilize items from the clean containers and then place in used/dirty so we can thoroughly clean them. There are cleaning materials in case you would like to sanitize or self-clean bowls or toys. Thank you! * 🥾The terrain of the pasture does have some dips, bunny holes and there is a section of mown grass, as well as a portion of longer pasture grass, and sticks from the fir trees. Wearing solid and/or waterproof shoes will help you navigate the land. *💦 There is a water spigot with hose in the pasture to use for drinking water. If you use the spigot, please be sure to turn it off. There are small plastic pools available for warm days. You are welcome to use a pool, but please empty it after use and return it to the fenceline area. *💡lighting: we have 4 sets of string lights on our fence, two small solar spotlights on the fence, and one large spotlight on the far power pole (motion sensor). It adds some brightness to the pasture for evening visitors. Note that since it is an acre lot, there is a portion of the pasture that is still quite dark once the sun is fully set. *🐓 There are two hens and one rooster on a neighboring fence line and the gate to their henhouse yard has a sign (don't let the chickens out, no matter what they say), as well as a secure gate latch plus bungee cord. They will stay on the far side of their yard, and hide under the shrub/tree cover so are usually not be visible from the Sniffspot pasture, but wanted to share in case this is bothersome to some pup guests. Our rooster, as well as neighborhood roosters, are regularly heard. *please note: due to the burn ban, wildland fires and the dryness of our land, we ask for no smoking on the property at this time, thank you

2 Private Acres of Zoomies

2 acres with 5 foot chain link fence surrounded by forest and wetlands. This offers a distraction-free place for your dogs to get their zoomies on! You get both shade and sun, with grass, dirt, wood chips, (and a bit of mud in some spots during the rainy season). We are in the country, so our park doesn't share a fence line with neighbors. You won't see any other dogs. There could be far away dog barks from a few blocks over, but nothing up close. We don't use toxic sprays, so rest assured it's a natural and safe place to romp and play in private. The 2 acres has mature trees throughout and is mowed during the growing season. It's perfect for throwing tennis balls and getting lots of good sniffs in. You will be able to see your dog at all times (unless he/she is hiding behind a tree.) If you add "The Woods" extra (see below) detailed instructions will be within the Sniffspot park, on the SouthEast fence next to the big red bow.

New trails added in July of 2025 and July and December of 2024, and a sanikan added in November 2023. Two picnic tables, and a rain shelter. Gated entrance. Enjoy our secluded woodsy and shaded trails on this 12-acre parcel. Relax in the provided chairs in the center of the lot while your dogs explore.

Fully fenced backyard with access through the back gate. Please come in through the gate on 4th Street E and 190th Street. See photos for where to park. Essentially anywhere along that fence is just fine. To come in via the back gate: Kick aside the cinder block and just pull one side open. To secure the gate once you are in, latch the gate closed on the inside. Please do not remove the side of the gate that is latched to the ground. It can be a little tricky to latch, but my 5 year old can do it, so hopefully it's not too hard for other strangers.

Royce Acres in Gig Harbor

We have 5 acres that’s available andfully fenced. The fence is goat fencing so any small pups could fit through 4” openings. We have apples and berries that are all over the property to pick. There is a quarter mile trail on part os the property. Lots of open space to run and enjoy.
