Welcome to our private beach on the Buffalo River - the ultimate summer SniffSpot! The river is slow moving, clear, shallow and all sand. It is about 1-2 feet deep near our beach, and deeper on the opposite side of the river. In heavy rain, it ebbs and flows in depths. It is a very safe place to wade, play fetch, dig in the sand, teach dogs about water or just hang out on a warm day. You will park and walk to the beach on mowed trails through our woods about 600 feet to the beach. It is completely secluded on a beautiful bend in the river where you will be surrounded by woods. The SniffSpot availability is limited to the beach only, and not the rest of our property.

We are about an .25 mile off the main road and our 10 acres go deeper into the woods. We have about 5 acres of wooded areas and 5 acres of open trails. It is a beautiful and private property. The property is 100% fenced- the fencing is 3 feet high- there is a gate in the driveway, once closed it is completely fenced in.

My backyard offers 2 acres of fully fenced forested area with over 50 trees within that area! We keep a trail mowed that loops down into the bottom of the yard so you have a comfortable walking trail and your 4 legged friends can use it as a racetrack! Tons of smells to sniff and ample room for zoomies! Chickens will always be secured in their predator proof coop and run. There are toys, a garbage can, a dog bowl, and extra poop bags on the patio just before the wooden stairs. Please feel free to park in the driveway on the right side of the garage!

The property is under 4 acres in a residential rural community. There is lots of unfenced yard as well as a mostly fenced pasture (electric fence is NOT on). Would work best for dogs that need to run or play that listen to their owner and are not likely to run off as the fencing was designed to keep livestock in the pasture, not dogs. Just had the pasture mowed down but mosquitoes can still get aggressive when there is no breeze so you may want to apply insect repellent.

My yard will be your pup's new favorite hangout spot. Enjoy playing fetch or just spending some quality time hanging out. I live in a suburban neighborhood, which is pretty quiet for the most part. There's a higher chance you may see a neighbor or hear kids playing in the evening or on the weekends when the weather is nice. I do stay on top of picking up dog's 💩 but I may occasionally miss one. I apologize if you happen to come across one. • There is a basket full of toys on the deck for your dog to choose from. I'm always adding new toys to keep things new and exciting. • In the warmer months, have a small or large plastic pool that you can add to your visit for an additional fee of either $3(small) or $5(large). Please message me prior to adding it to your visit to make sure I'll be around to get it set up for you. • A water bowl will be on the deck (during warmer months) • There is a hose you are welcome to use if needed • A poop bag holder with bags will be on the table on the deck. • There is a trash can for 💩 bags and garbage by the gate • Seating is available when there's no snow. There are chairs around the fire pit and also on the deck. • There is quite a bit of lighting that can be put on to light up the backyard if needed. • I will leave a towel on the table for drying off wet dogs during the winter months and during the time when things can get messy when the snow is melting. If you add a plastic pool to your visit in the summer, I will leave a towel out also.

Nice flat, fully fenced yard, safe for your pup to run and smell to their heart's content! Please use the gate on the garage side of the house for entry, and please be sure to clip the carabiner on your way out. Water is always fresh and full with our auto-filling dog bowl! We run a dog sitting and daycare business via www.bandjpawsandstay.com so your pup may get to say "Hi!" to some friends inside the house (though we do our best to keep them away from windows). Hello! My husband and I lost our dogs within months of each other a couple of years ago now. So now we have this nice big yard, but no puppies to fill it with.. For now :) Seems a shame to waste a nice yard. We will however have the occasion doggie guest as we start a dog sitting side business. One of our dogs was leash aggressive and our other would get anxious at dog parks. We totally understand what it means to have a yard for your dog who may struggle a bit with other parks. Our yard is fully fenced in with two gates to get in. The neighborhood is quiet with a couple neighbors who have dogs but they keep to themselves and we never had problems. We do have kids next to us but they know to stay away from the fence and to not go in unattended. Our dogs were smaller, so we are not sure if a bigger dog would be able to jump the fence. We do have lots of rabbits - just to let you know. Our dogs never caught them though :) We also have a patio area that you are welcome to use as well as the umbrella.

This quarter acre, fully fenced play area is conveniently located on highway 316 just outside of Hastings, MN. Offering shade and sun, lots of repurposed items to climb on, and a variety of toys this is a great place to unwind with your dog.

FYI - Early spring is a great time to visit! You really can see all the paths, the lay of the land when the trees are void of leaves. The riverbed, grass field, and smaller fenced area are all open for play! We have a beautiful piece of land with a (mostly) fenced perimeter and 1/3 acre fully fenced doggy play area. If you drive in by the picnic table you are in the center of 18 acres to play on and will be quite a distance from the road. ** This time of year you may need to park at the entrance off the road but walk in because of it still being soft with snow melt and spring rains. There are mowed walking paths to the beautiful Kinnickinnic river, far away from other people and animals. You and your dog will love it here! The river is cold and easy for dogs to hop in and out, (not easy for humans right now). If you want to keep them out of the water there is about 10 acres of open field where you park, separate and above the river so you don't need to have them down by the water at all. (although most dogs gravitate to there!)

Our backyard is fully fenced and dog friendly! Come hang out under the umbrella or in the sun. Wide open space to run with many sniff spots to explore.

Fenced in backyard in west part of Woodbury. Some grass, dirt, mulch, but mostly cement which helps keep dogs nails filed down. We do have dogs on all sides of us, some which are visible. So very reactive dogs might not do well here but could be a great place to work on those reactive tendencies.

Choose between the comfortable indoor sand arena (60x100) fully fenced space or the spacious 100x200 sand outdoor arena to let your pups run and play! There are also non-fenced grass areas for leashed pups to explore. Horses, cats, goats and dogs on property to socialize with under property owner supervision!
