Welcome to our large fenced in area and building that is tailored for dogs! The indoor space connects directly to the fully fenced in outdoor area. The fences are 6 feet tall and fully secured, so no need to worry about escape artists! This building is at the back of our property and is mostly private, with the exception of coming and going and a spot of the fence that extends towards the front of the building.

Our Sniffspot is less than 10 min off 35W. The space if fully fenced and almost a full acre. This fence is along the road and isn't connected to any buildings. The space is a gradual hill so you will get a workout walking around the space.

A great deal goes into elevating your doggo's emotional, physical, and mental well being. Guests enjoy special sensory nooks like sniffington alley, a splash pool in the warmer months, designated digging zone, a shaded lounge area to cool off on an elevated dog bed, complete with clean towels and a grooming kit. Nice flat, fully fenced yard, safe for your pup to run and smell to their heart's content! Please use the gate on the garage side of the house for entry and please be sure to clip the carabiner on your way out. Water is always fresh and full with our auto-filling dog bowl! We run a dog sitting and daycare business via www.bandjpawsandstay.com so your pup will likely get to say "Hi!" to some friends through the patio door. Perfect, private getaway for your dog to explore off leash! Fully fenced in yard with plenty of places for you to sit. Lots of puppy smells available. Dig defense lining the fence in areas that are susceptible to digging. Dogs must be supervised at all times, and a garbage can & scoop are provided! We lived in an apartment with our reactive dog for two years and know how important that off leash time can be. The property is under 4 acres in a residential rural community. There is lots of unfenced yard as well as a mostly fenced pasture (electric fence is NOT on). Would work best for dogs that need to run or play that listen to their owner and are not likely to run off as the fencing was designed to keep livestock in the pasture, not dogs. Just had the pasture mowed down but mosquitoes can still get aggressive when there is no breeze so you may want to apply insect repellent.

Private and spacious for your dog or dogs to run around and play freely. Seating (along with table) provided for the owners. Water and toys also provided for the dogs. Peaceful, quiet, safe neighborhood. Parking is provided on the side of the house or anywhere along the cul da sac. Please don’t park on the driveway due to the fact that my family is constantly coming and going (I wouldn’t want to interrupt your time by having you move your car). No need to worry about walking far, looking for parking, or getting a ticket. Easy access to come and go.
