Large fenced in backyard with lots of amenities for you and your four legged friends. There is a large lanai with full bathroom that includes a shower area for your pets. You can use the pool or we can put up the safety fence. Additionally we have a small kiddie pool for dogs that like to splash around or just prefer drinking from a giant water bowl. There is a fire pit with some camping chairs and an outdoor table if you’d like to have a picnic. Any questions or requests please ask!

No more dogs getting muddy from playing in the yard. **It states that there are always dogs present but what that means is we have 7 of our own personal dogs inside the home. They tend to peak out the window at times because they are curious and nosey. Sometimes they may bark but we do keep our blinds closed and doors locked so everyone will be able to enjoy their spot with their own pups. We just know some dogs are reactive to others and we don’t want to surprise anyone if they hear a barking pup inside the home! 🐶🙃🐶** ***Looking to swim with your furry friends, look under the extras. We have an 14x28 pool for you to swim with your dogs. The pool comes with a 5x10 sunshelf for the dogs to be able to get in without fully having to swim. ***We have hose hookups for those who prefer to play with the sprinkler system instead. We have ample patio seating in the pool enclosure to escape any irritating bugs. We can provide sanitized bowls for water for your furry friends. GPS does not take you to the correct location so please please read my welcome message before pulling into property**** ****Please visit the extra’s section to add on the pool at an tadditional $10 per reservation if you want access to it*** Traveling RV’ers are welcome! The place is big and open and makes pulling in an RV extremely easy! 16 acres divided into two separate pastures. One pasture has friendly cows in it that you and your fur babies are welcome to interact with. The other pasture is fenced as well but no animals in it. There is a garden area with couch, chairs, and table that you are welcome to sit in and enjoy the shade the 100 year old live oak tree provides. There is a lighted gazebo with table and chairs. I keep water bowls outside. One near the RV and another in the pool area. You may need to use one of the many hoses found around the property to fill those bowls with water. New 15x30 salt water pool, I will have doggy life vests available but in case I don’t have one that fits your baby right I do suggest you bring your own. The pool has a large sun shelf that you and pups can lay/sit in and not have to swim. Bring you a mixed drink and enjoy some private pool time! Inside the enclosed porch you will find the standup wash station. Professional wash station with everything you need to wash your fur babies and dry them. Please be sure to add this option in the add-ons section prior to checkout. I live on the property so if you ever need anything before or while you are here just message me on the app or call me at the number provided in the automated welcome message. My dogs will be inside entertained so you shouldn’t hear them barking. I really hope you enjoy this place as much as I do. To ensure everyone’s safety please be sure to arrive and leave on time so you don’t run into another guest and their reservation. Unless requested, I generally don’t meet my guests as I don’t know their fur babies aggression type. If you would like to meet or have my pups introduced to yours so they can play and entertain each other please just message me and request. I don’t want to assume.

At my home, your dog(s) will enjoy plenty of playtime in a peaceful, small fenced area—and we have a small to medium in ground saltwater pool for those who love to swim! *The pool is NOT heated and is cold during the fall and winter months. Due to the screened enclosure, it can be a little cool in the spring and summer. During your visit, my pets and any pets we are sitting will be put up, and we will do our best to keep the barking to a minimum. You’ll have access to the patio area and saltwater swimming pool. Please feel free to bring any toys or towels your pup(s) may need, especially if they plan to swim. We have a water bowl and hose available if needed. Whether your dog enjoys running, swimming, or lounging, we strive to ensure their time here is enjoyable and stress-free. Looking forward to welcoming you and your pup(s)!

Front yard is the biggest area with 4’ high wood fence. Side yard and back is fenced with 6’ high fence. Plenty of parking on the street in front of house. Chairs are around the property. Hose is available for water. If you would like your dog to go in the pool, charge applies and granted access needed.
