55This place was awesome! I live in the city with a reactive dog, so it’s hard to get her out to places big enough for her to run around without distractions. Although it was a bit of a drive for me it was worth it! I only wished I booked a longer session. My dog (Ruth) had the best time running around the property, she even got to see her first horse (there is a horse on the property behind a fence). It startled her at first but once we got to playing she forgot all about it. All and all a great experience for both of us! Vianae J.

55Great open space, the hammock is an amazing touch, my dog didn’t run as much as I expected him to but we still had a nice break away from home. The downhill can make it hard to lead or follow your dog but it definitely will tire them out. Thank you Ali for being so welcoming and generous!Diego A.

55Perfect spot for a run with shade. My 3 dogs have a lot of energy and the hill tired them out pretty quick. There is a metal hose and clean bucket for the dogs and pretty private with a view and even a hammock. I would go back. Troy G.

55While the steep incline made it a bit tricky to interact much with our pups, they loved it since their favorite thing to do is leap up and down hills!

My dog is leash-reactive and generally an anxious boy, so it was so nice to get away from the city and be able to let him off leash without have to drive 45+ minutes from San Diego. We took a 25ft training lead for backup and first walked him around the area on leash so we could check it out and see if there were sreas to avoid. We then let him off and watched him explore! There was so much space for my little guy to run around, and it was so quiet compared to what we're used to. We heard people and caught a glimpse of a neighbor's dog, but Wiggles was occupied sniffing around (and rolling in the dirt lol) so he didnt mind. We could hear birds chirping and there was a beautiful view for the humans. We'll definitely be back!Olivia P.

Are dog parks good for dogs?
It is important for dogs to have off leash exercise to sniff and run. But the free and open nature of public dog parks has drawbacks. There could be aggressive dogs, disease transmission and cleanliness issues. For this reason, many dog behaviorists discourage visiting public dog parks and recommend Sniffspot's private dog parks. Sniffspot private dog parks only allow one guest to book at a time and are not open to the public, which solves many of these issues.
Are dog parks safe?
While public dog parks have a number of safety issues, such as aggressive dogs, disease transmission and general cleanliness, Sniffspot dog parks much safer than public dog parks.
