There were a couple of piles of dog poop already in the yard, but that isn’t something I find offensive or a deal breaker. I only mention it because I know for some, they prefer a clean space, but it wasn’t a big deal for us, and we are just grateful that so many people offer this service for pets who have nowhere else to go❤️. The yard was clean, spacious for fetch, and secure for containing my dog while playing off leash. They had some patio furniture in the shade and the trees gave some nice spots for my dog to cool down in. We were able to hear a dog in the neighboring yard but the vinyl fencing made it so you could enjoy privacy. Overall a fantastic location to let your dog play off leash. Karen L.

Are dog parks good for dogs?
It is important for dogs to have off leash exercise to sniff and run. But the free and open nature of public dog parks has drawbacks. There could be aggressive dogs, disease transmission and cleanliness issues. For this reason, many dog behaviorists discourage visiting public dog parks and recommend Sniffspot's private dog parks. Sniffspot private dog parks only allow one guest to book at a time and are not open to the public, which solves many of these issues.
Are dog parks safe?
While public dog parks have a number of safety issues, such as aggressive dogs, disease transmission and general cleanliness, Sniffspot dog parks much safer than public dog parks.
