We had an absolute blast at this Sniffspot! Wonderful views, easy to find, and filled with awesome nooks for dogs to sniff and explore. Our girl was so tired, she slept and snored all the way home. We will definitely be back!

This is a huge spot with lots to sniff! My pups loved it. It's not great for speed running so if your dog loves to run, this may not be the spot for you but if you have an explorer like mine, it's perfect. The fences were sturdy, it was quiet and the view can't be beat. The host was very kind and responsive. This spot is going on my favorites list.

We arrived pretty late since we we lost and had no service for our navigation. We found a spot where we could call the host. Host graciously met us out on the road to show us the location. Host also gave us 15 more minutes since we were so late. While we didn’t have time to explore the entire property what we saw was stunning views and a well defined hiking path.

We had a great time on our second visit here! Today we came with a friend and the dogs had a blast. Even though there has been a bit of rain lately, the mud was not bad at all. Looking forward to visiting again!

Great spot! A bit of noise from highway traffic when we went, but our dog is sensitive to noise, so may be different experience for other pups or at a different time. Otherwise, fun place to explore! Will book again soon!!!!

Our dog had so much fun!! It feels just like a nice short hike but with a fenced and quiet surrounding. Some steep areas as expected, but overall perfect for shy dogs who want to experience off leash hiking!

It was a great space to let our dog run around off leash. There is a short loop you can walk. It can be steep at some points so make sure you wear proper shoes. My dog loved exploring the area!

We loved the spot. There is a nice loop to hike around a couple of times, and connecting trails to the loop. My dog Kingston really enjoyed running around and sniffing EVERYTHING. It was quiet, scenic and easy to find.

Easy enter/exit, low distraction, and on a slope with a good set of footpaths and a perfect view over the hills.

Such a fun spot!! My dogs had a lot of fun. We took a day trip from SF and it was a fun drive!

This was a fun spot for our pup to run around! I think next time I’d like to bring him a friend. Really beautiful views as well! I think most people would get it but we didn’t figure out that you need to press “#” before you put the code in for the gate to open. This was clear from Zerina’s instructions, we were just a bit frazzled because our cell phones didn’t have service when we got to the gate so we couldn’t check the number. Luckily there was someone there to help us out. (Worth being aware that service does cut out when driving to places in the Santa Cruz mountains if you have AT&T. I’ve heard Verizon is fine.)

I had been looking for a spot like this and my dog loved it! He loves to sniff and walk on and on so regular backyards aren’t for us. We were there for an hour and did the loop 3 times 😅 it wasn’t hard for us and we’re not casual hikers

Beautiful, wild, and wonderful space to hike around with the dogs! They had so much to sniff and explore, and there was plenty of room to run and play. It was also very clean. Hostess was responsive and easy to communicate with! When we’re back in the area, will visit again.

This place was perfect for an introduction to off leash trail recall for our 7 month old pup, who doesn’t get a lot of off leash opportunities in the city, struggles with being overstimulated by most busy dog parks, and had parents who were nervous about unfenced and out of sight pups after a scary experience with a previous dog elsewhere. 10/10. She had so much fun exploring the variety of shrubs, textures (she loveddddd the deep pine needle beds), and watching the crazy sounding (to her) birds and turkeys. There’s a small bench for humans, and a rogue plastic Adirondack chair next to a stump for the humans. Will definitely be back. For the commenters who read about terrain difficulty, I found it pretty dang easy if you are a casual but semi regular hiker…. I had forgotten my hikers and did fine enough in Birkenstocks, though the pine needle beds were a bit slippery. To be honest, I don’t think hiking boots would have helped on steep sections covered by the needles, but they’re easy to avoid if you prefer! Also, at least when we went (mid Nov) we didn’t run into any burrs. Everything there we checked was soft and didn’t really stick in our dogs fur — huge win!

We had a great time here! The trails were very nicely graded and maintained and mostly shaded under beautiful trees. The views were incredible. My dog had a blast!

Dogs had a blast! The property is GORGEOUS… as well as clean, well maintained & secure. I had trouble with the water- it may have been frozen or something- so maybe bring some just to be safe.

Really great spot! Walking the trails is fun. It is definitely steep in spots so the poles are a great ids.
