Our property is a dog’s paradise! We have an open backyard, wooded trails, and an orchard out back with tall grasses. We keep the trails and orchard mowed for walking, but your dog will have ample woods, puddles, and other adventures at their disposal! Since we live in the woods, we occasionally have trees fall down on our 5 foot welded wire fence. Please be mindful if your dog is an exit seeker, although we walk the fence and mend any spots we see often. There is a large pole barn visible near the gate where you enter that is our neighbor’s yard. His yard/barn is not visible from the rest of the property once you’re down the path a little ways. For SPRING/SUMMER months, tics and mosquitos are around. We do not spray our land, so make sure you and your pup have the protection you need. In summer mosquitos are often worse near dawn and at dusk, especially in thicker parts of the woods, and less so in the backyard and orchard areas. In the winter, we snowmobile our trails to keep them walkable! There may be slippery spots here and there, so prepare accordingly! Be sure to look ahead at the roads on MN 511 in case of winter weather.

Now my description: Opportunity Woods offers 5+ acres of hilly woods and long grass meadow surrounded by a secure 6 foot fence. Several benches are placed along the rustic trails, but of course, there is no need to stay on a trail! A water bowl can be found and filled from the human-potable water hydrant, where you will also find a wading pool for dog and human use in summer. There is a roofed picnic/shade shelter just up the hill from the hydrant. Take in the serene view of the surrounding area, and get a Birdseye view of Opportunity Farm, where sheep graze the nearby paddocks. Wire-wheel tables and chairs are available for relaxing, hanging out with your dog or having a picnic. We keep a trail mowed that loops down into the bottom of the yard so you have a comfortable walking trail and your 4 legged friends can use it as a racetrack! Tons of smells to sniff and ample room for zoomies! Chickens will always be secured in their predator proof coop and run. There are toys, a garbage can, a dog bowl, and extra poop bags on the patio just before the wooden stairs. Please feel free to park in the driveway on the right side of the garage!

Come enjoy our expansive, completely fenced-in backyard, which is roughly 3/4 of an acre. We are happy to share our backyard with dog(s) and their owners who would like to have a very large, private place for their dogs to run, sniff, and play. The area is on the edge of a rural setting. Enjoy expanses of wide open area as hayfields surround our property. There are many areas for the humans to sit and watch their dog(s) run around and have fun. We are about an .25 mile off the main road and our 10 acres go deeper into the woods. We have about 5 acres of wooded areas and 5 acres of open trails. It is a beautiful and private property. The property is 100% fenced- the fencing is 3 feet high- there is a gate in the driveway, once closed it is completely fenced in.

It is a 13 acre hobby farm. There are horses, goats, emus, alpacas, miniature animals and dogs on site. There is electric fencing suitable for larger animals. Water is available. There is also a heated tack room in the barn but your dog needs to be cat friendly. It's a great place to play fetch or throw a Frisbee with your dog. The back part is well off the road and quiet.

We offer a wrap around yard with beautiful views of Magnor Lake in rural Clayton Wisconsin. Here you will find an outdoor kennel, wooded area, garden, play area for little humans, hammocks & swings, and lots of room for your pup to run and play. Look around and you'll soon see the trees come alive with many beautiful birds. A short drive down the street will give you access to a free public beach if your dog likes water.

We have open pasture, fields, wooded area, a pond, and wetland. Plenty of space to play fetch or chase critters. We are on a quiet dirt road and shrouded by farm land so your pup has lots of safe space to run and roam. We have outside hose access to wash your pup off if they get dirty. And plenty of secluded area away from distractions for training and uninterrupted play for reactive dogs.

Come explore with your dog and maybe see my horses in the pasture. Let your dogs run loose as they explore their way around the land. Feel free to let them run and frolic!

FYI - Early spring is a great time to visit! You really can see all the paths, the lay of the land when the trees are void of leaves. The riverbed, grass field, and smaller fenced area are all open for play! We have a beautiful piece of land with a (mostly) fenced perimeter and 1/3 acre fully fenced doggy play area. If you drive in by the picnic table you are in the center of 18 acres to play on and will be quite a distance from the road. ** This time of year you may need to park at the entrance off the road but walk in because of it still being soft with snow melt and spring rains. There are mowed walking paths to the beautiful Kinnickinnic river, far away from other people and animals. You and your dog will love it here! The river is cold and easy for dogs to hop in and out, (not easy for humans right now). If you want to keep them out of the water there is about 10 acres of open field where you park, separate and above the river so you don't need to have them down by the water at all. (although most dogs gravitate to there!)

20 acres with a hill and a view of the lake. A creek runs through as well with a bridge over the creek for easy access. There are trails mowed for easy access and an open field available with a picnic table as well.
