This is both a Sniffspot and HOA rule. Ideal yard for dogs in south College Station with lots of areas to explore and a large pool with two waterfalls, jet fountains and 3 sets of steps for easy and safe in/out for the pups. Fully fenced with stone and wrought iron gates allows the pups lots of room to run, even when the weather is too chilly for swimming. Includes a shaded seating area with ceiling fans, an indoor bathroom, doggy shower, towels & toys. Complimentary snacks, coffee & hot chocolate available at the coffee bar and cold drinks in the refrigerator. Hay!😄 If you are looking to get out to the country and take in some pretty fantastic views, this is a place for you! We are a 170 acre ranch that farms hay. 42 of those acres are wooded with manicured trails, creeks and open pasture. We have 3 cows & 2 horses that roam free. However; if that’s a concern we can close off the 42 acres. (Just give me a heads up) Otherwise, you can roam free and play in any of our 3 ponds.

Splash in the beautiful pool that has shaded areas as well as a sun deck. A large, covered patio is available with lots of seating as well as a TV. Water hose available for washing off.

I don't have dogs, but would love to have yours come enjoy my back yard! A typical suburban fenced back yard, but with a beautiful view and only one neighbor. Come relax on the back porch and enjoy a snack while your dog plays with provided toys!

Welcome to our fully-fenced, large back yard. It is partially wooded in the back - feel free to grab sticks to toss with your pups, but beware of the mosquitos - we provide bug spray, but this is Texas! We have a covered patio with seating as well as a deck that has two gazebos. The uncovered portion of the deck does get quite hot in the summer, so please be careful. We have a fun turf area and rock box for your human kids to play in as well. Feel free to use the fire pit while your dog runs around, with reservations of at least two hours.

Privacy fenced yard in central Bryan to relax and be yourself. Chairs, loungers, fire pit, and a table for humans! Room to run and play for pups.
