I wanted to let my dog run somewhere while our roof was getting replaced and the backyard was filled with debris, so the wet snow was fine with us. The tall privacy fence blocks the view to the road which was nice and the shorter fence gives a nice view of the woodsy area behind the house. Water was provided and some toys, although we brought our own tennis balls. I'd definitely return. The location is nice for anyone like myself that's in the Manchester area.Melissa M.
