12.5 acres. No fence. Good for dog swimming or running free if they are off leash trained! There is a wide open space up front or if you choose to go around the back of the house there is a sand beach shallow at the beach area. And more open spots to run on this 12 acres . Ask all guests to come and leave during your time slot. I have a dog that is not friendly with others. So it’s important for the safety of everyone to come during your slot. The water has a blue dye that is safe for people and animals. It’s a dye that aids in blocking uv rays. Please be sure to check weather. If we get heavy rain it can get muddy in areas. Fenced yard in Crest Hill all to yourself!

Our back yard is fully fenced by a 6ft wood privacy fence. We do have a pool but it is closed off by a latch gate. We also have a back yard flock but they are kept in a coop or in a run at all times. We have a glass patio door but our pets will not be able to access the space. We have two sitting places, and the whole yard is accessible to you and your pet.
