18 acre ranch with beautiful landscape, views of horses and occasionally wildlife depending on time of day. You are welcome to pet the horses but do not feed. Please do not allow your dogs to growl or charge the horses (even though they are behind fences). All the horses are calm and easy around dogs, which we need it to stay that way. We have a fully fenced area roughly 10 acres with mowed paths for walking. You are welcome to walk thru the field if desired. There are random balls and toys in the field for use, water is available and if we are home during your visit should the restroom be needed we will honor use of that. Most days there is a bin with free dog food and/or treat samples. You are welcome to bring agility or equipment and toys each visit if desired or practice nosework. We are also open to hosting groups, such as agility, nosework or trainers who need a large outdoor space that is fully fenced. Off street parking and can accommodate large vehicles. Small dogs are welcome, do note the fencing is graduated so depending on size of dog, some real tiny ones who are escape artists may not be the best fit. When you drive into the driveway, you will enter through the wooden fence on the right. The yard spans all the way around the garage into a large open area for playing fetch. There is a water hose immediately to your right as you enter next to the back door to fill bowls. There are several toys in the yard one dog bed that can be thrown around as well. Our yellow labs truly enjoy the large open space. Safe and fully fenced!

The grass natural prairie type grass with some weeds. I do pull all thorny type weeds so there should be no sticker burs, goat heads or foxtails.
