Great open space, very well shaded, quiet. We couldn’t hear or see anything from the spot, & the yard was wide open with trees for the perfect shade coverage. We brought our own toys and had fun playing fetch. Fully fenced but there are some gaps, did not impact our visit at all as my dogs were busy playing but just in case yours target fence lines. There was also some dog/animal waste here & there, didn’t bother me but just keep an eye if you have sh*t eating dogs lol. Overall I love this spot & so did my dogs, they’re very tired after getting to run around so much in a non-stressful environment & we can’t wait to come back.
