100% of our Sniffspot income goes towards the vet bills for our medical foster Siberian Huskies. **One human per dog is allowed in the pool while assisting their dog and are not to be in the pool if their dog is not in the pool. Absolutely no pool parties are allowed! If you are looking for a place for people to swim, you may be able to find a pool on the Swimply app. All guests must be 18 or older. ** Dogs must be leashed until you have entered the yard. This is both a Sniffspot and HOA rule. Ideal yard for dogs in south College Station with lots of areas to explore and a large pool with two waterfalls, jet fountains and 3 sets of steps for easy and safe in/out for the pups. Fully fenced with stone and wrought iron gates allows the pups lots of room to run, even when the weather is too chilly for swimming. Welcome to our fully-fenced, large back yard. It is partially wooded in the back - feel free to grab sticks to toss with your pups, but beware of the mosquitos - we provide bug spray, but this is Texas! We have a covered patio with seating as well as a deck that has two gazebos. The uncovered portion of the deck does get quite hot in the summer, so please be careful. We have a fun turf area and rock box for your human kids to play in as well. Feel free to use the fire pit while your dog runs around, with reservations of at least two hours.

This is a secure, welcoming space designed to give both dogs and owners a fun, comfortable visit. Our yard is flat with a big tree to shade some of the yard, but still leaving a lot of room for your pup to sun bathe and play. On side of our fence is chain linked so pets can easily see into the other yards but is secure. The neighbor to our right does have dogs who may bark some, but there is a normal wooden fence and a chain link fence, so they will not be visible. For humans, we will provide a couple lawn chairs so you can relax. If you need any water or a restroom just let us know and we will be happy to accommodate.
