Welcome to Fun in Freeville: Trail Edition! A short trail for your dog that likes to explore the woods. There is a fire pit about 100 yards in with seating and some natural doggy obstacles for those interested in agility and parkour exercises. We currently have one open trail that runs the length of our 5.5 acre property and back, and we hope to add more this spring. Our favorite times to walk this trail are in the fall and winter. It can get pretty wet during certain times of the year. I would definitely wear tall waterproof footwear in the spring and summer and use bug spray. There's a large fire pit with benches and a picnic table that you're welcome to use. We are doing our best to maintain and further develop the trail but please be aware that there is uneven ground throughout and watch your step. As you walk through, you will encounter different types of forest and trees. It's always fun to bring binoculars if you're into birding. You might get lucky and see our resident barred owls! Your dog(s) can get their zoomies out while you relax under the gazebo or sit at the table. The mature and plentiful trees offer plenty of shade on sunny days. Digging is allowed in specific areas. Welcome to Fun in Freeville: Fenced Yard Edition! Our property includes a 2,500 sq. ft. fully fenced-in yard, a larger open field, and a 5-acre trail. The yard includes deck access and seating. There is a large umbrella for shade and rain in the summer. The ground in the yard is pretty flat and mostly grass. The open space in the back is also grass with some trees and bushes. It can get a little muddy during very wet times of the year but there is a hose and towels available. There is a kiddy pool in the yard for your pup to cool down in the summer. We have a small fire pit in the yard if you want to start a fire in cooler weather. There's also a large fire pit on the trail with bench seating and a picnic table. Bring your binoculars if you enjoy birding. We have lots of hummingbirds in the summer and have seen barred owls on the trail. Finger Lakes Dog Park is a privately reservable, fully-fenced, half acre canine recreation area. We enthusiastically welcome ALL dogs, but the private nature of the park is especially beneficial for reactive or shy dogs, traveling dogs, handicapped dogs, puppies, or seniors. We are the first and only dog park in Schuyler County, located in the heart of the Finger Lakes Region. The area is known for its rolling farmland, many vineyards, beautiful lakes, and plentiful waterfalls and gorges. Numerous state parks offer many camping opportunities. And the county is also home to the only national forest in the state. So whether you are a local resident-or a visitor to our little piece of heaven-be sure to bring your special friend(s) for an enjoyable outing in the country. We are open every day (including all holidays) from 8am to 8pm. The park is not lighted (yet) so reserve your spot accordingly during the winter. Happy romping!

Welcome to our little slice of heaven! Daisy farm is our nearly 2 acre farm where animals are always welcome to play! We personally have 2 Shepski puppers (Cerby and TT), a few barn kitties, American Chinchilla rabbits and flemish giant rabbits, a duck, Chickens, Turkeys, a yellow headed Amazon parrot, a blue fronted Amazon, a blue and gold macaw, a musk snapping turtle with an array of fish! We are always adding new rescues so you never know what new smells have been added! **We are an active homestead, this mean we do allow our animals to free range when we are not hosting. You can expect to see poultry droppings and wild animal droppings at times** Any questions please feel free to ask!

We have 2 sections of fenced yard space for dogs to run, play, and explore. The main dog-side is the primary yard for the resident dogs. The 2nd fenced section is typically used for human-events, parties, backyard BBQs, and bonfires. However, it is a great space to play fetch, walk laps with the pups, and hang out in the courtyard while the dogs play and explore. The 2nd section is fenced, however there is access to the woods & mountain, if your dog doesn’t come when called or is easily distracted, the main dog-side is safer and probably more appropriate.

A perfect spot for a cool summer night for you to let your pup round around. Feel free to use the grill and hot tub as a little Summer getaway. I’m happy to provide firewood for an extra fee to make it a summery night for your family.

Country Chic dog park is adjacent to pet friendly 5 star rated Country Chic B&B! This property boasts breathtaking views, natural AND maintained spaces to run, play and take in all that Country fresh air! Fur parents may help themselves to a camp fire when available, and farm fresh eggs from our hens. Fur babies will have plenty of wild small critters to sniff out and chase around our 5 acres.
