Back yard is about 3/4 to an acre fully fenced. There is an above ground pool with a fence around the deck. Small dogs will be able to sneak through the pool deck fence so use caution with smaller pups. We block the deck off with all the pool junk best we can. Depending on if we are home the yard is always picked up before each guest and fresh water put out for your pup. If you need to book with shorter notice, send me a message and see if I can make accommodations. I also block time off to mow grass or if we are using the pool. A lot of the time I am done early so you can always message me and we can see if it’s available. Any questions just ask :)

Tons of shade for hot days. - Water jug under the deck - Poop bags by the water jug - Trash can under the deck for poop bags - Bin of dog toys for your use - flirt pole, chuck it balls, tugs - Table and chairs in the yard and also on the deck If your dog likes to dig, they may dig freely in the dirt under the deck. This is a yard full of great sniffs - squirrels, chipmunks, birds, bunnies and ground hogs all trek through regularly. Many dogs love to climb up on the stone walls and sniff everything. Running around on the huge deck is also popular! Note: There is a red Mulberry tree in the yard. Mulberries are safe for dogs. The large deck has bird feeders containing safflower seed. Safflower seed is also safe for dogs. DO NOT ENTER OTHER PEOPLE'S YARDS IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD. **Please use caution in winter as everything will be snowy and slippery. The backyard and deck are not maintained in winter.

Hey everyone, My partner Wendy and I have a fully fenced (6 ft tall), private backyard (~1,700 sq ft) in East Liberty a few blocks from the Target and in the middle of the East End of Pittsburgh. We don’t use the backyard as much as we should, so we’re offering it to you and your pets! And our indoor cats, Binks and Tonks, will really enjoy seeing your dogs run around back there. ** Spring Months**- please feel free to message anytime about Trail and Lake conditions before booking or day of reservation. Some area of trails may be extra wet and there is a seasonal swamp in middle of woods. Just a reminder always check for ticks! * please also check messages, I send out first timers info msgs and other information msgs that you may need to know* Dog paradise! Trails throughout, 3 acre lake, fenced in 24 acres. So much to do and explore. This is a natural area including woods and lake. Recall is still important. A great spot for recall training. We check fence regularly the best we can and I run 4x4 each morning to try and move out any wildlife. However It is such a large space if your pup does not stick with you. There could be times during day when we may miss if a critter has dug out under fence or branch has fallen. You know your dog(s) so use your best judgement if you feel they will be safe. It really is such an awesome space, we have learned after buying it is actually an old sandstone rock quarry! You will see lots a rocks throughout trails. Please watch steps for rocks and roots on trails. We have a small farmyard with ducks, chickens and pigs. They are fenced in their own area. Main trail in woods comes out behind the farm. If you are unsure of how dogs will react please leash while passing to ensure safety of all. We hope you and your dog(s) have the best time and enjoy 🐾 Hours- because of the way the property is set up we can only regularly open certain times. Regular hours M-F 8am-2pm Saturdays- will be open as we are able to, it will be sporadic as we typically are out working on property or with our dogs on weekends. 😀 thanks!

Hello and welcome to our yard, joint to the dog yard is a chicken and Cook area. You’re welcome to Pet and say hello along the connecting stall gate, is the bucket with snacks that you can feel free to Pet and say hello to the fun animals. There’s always a hose in the yard near the deck. There is a gray Rubbermaid tote lid that we utilize for fresh water for the dogs. Feel free to take advantage of the sitting area on the deck. Just make sure you cover the furniture back up upon leaving. I also request that you don’t open the gates that come to the dog yard to the farm yards. I hope you enjoy!
