I am delighted to have you and your dog(s) enjoy this fully fenced in 1 acre yard! There are long open areas where doggo can run full speed chasing a ball. There is a concrete wall on one side of the property, woods covering the back and most of the side, and a tall fence on the front side, which creates a very private space. Also included is poop bags, water, and a poop scooper. No pesticides are used on this property. There is also plenty of room for parking multiple vehicles in the driveways. Enjoy!

We have 6 acres which is a mix of open area, woods and a creek. We keep the lawn cut but do not maintain our woods. You are free to cross the bridge and walk in the woods but it may be overgrown during summer and fall. Feel free to splash in the creek or check out the playhouse. We frequently see deer and other wildlife however they likely will be hiding when dogs are around. Please clean up after your pets. *please note we have a woodchuck living under our deck that likes to poop on our stairs. We try our best to clean it up but you may come across some woodchuck droppings.

Almost a half an acre completely fenced-in yard (to the ground so even 5-lb dogs can’t escape) in a quiet neighborhood near 23 and Mound. Grass is kept short and natural. Never any poisonous pesticides or fertilizer used. All Natural! Seating and doggie pool available (request pool is emptied before leaving and not filled more than half or you can’t tip over to empty). No dogs in surrounding yards. Great for big and small dogs! Lots of trees and shrubbery to give you a private oasis. Please close the gate when leaving. There’s lots of trees and bushes that block us from the road your dogs won’t even see the cars driving past We have lots of cut grass the dogs can run around and play . We now have a sandy beach they can play on and go swimming in our clean pond and dive off our dock . Lots of room to throw frisbees or balls to the dogs . PLEASE stay around the pond we have a chicken coop next to the house behind some trees and bushes not very visible from the beach area so please stay from the beach area to sashabaw road which is the area all around the pond .

There’s trash cans outside the gate for poop bag disposal, poop bags available for use, table/chairs/umbrella for relaxing, and kid toys such as sand box, trampoline and soccer net available for use. I run a pet sitting business out of my home and frequently have other friendly playful dogs over. I can keep them in, or I can let them out for extra play time and exercise. Enjoy a beautiful walk on a network of trails that traverse rolling hills in and out of the forest. At the back of the property, you will enjoy some of the best and most private scenery in Oakland County. As summer turns to fall there are a lot fewer bugs and beautiful color changes. Some trees are changing already. Please stay on the cleared paths on the West side and South portion of the property due to work being done on other sections. There are wooden arrow signs that help you navigate to the back of the property and back to the parking area. Thank you. (We are currently expanding and connecting the trails, as well as clearing the views to the lake and river, so watch for some nice additions in the future.)

We have a fully fenced in yard in the Village Oaks subdivision! Come bring your dogs to have some fun while your kids are at school or have them all come play after school. For pups, we have lots of grassy area to run and play. They’re welcome to hop on our kids’ play set and ride down the slide, as our beloved dog did.
