Our fenced in property with a orchard and large open space has been adored by many dogs and other pets we have cared for many years. We respect and understand how important it is to interact with your dog in a protected safe area with out worry of having a stressful issue with your dog and another dog or person. We live on a private road and the traffic is limited. All dogs that visit our yard appear to go home happy and content and always run straight for the yard when they come back!

Fully fenced yard on Mt. Kearsarge bordering Rollins State Park located at the historic property settled by the Watkins family in the early 1790’s. Abner Watkins was a founding father of Warner and a soldier in the Revolutionary War serving under Ebenezer Webster, father of Daniel. They fought in the Battles of Bennington and Saratoga and came back victorious. Abner with his wife Ruth and family retired up here on the mountain and is buried at the small cemetery down the road. Enjoy this peaceful spot surrounded by beautiful oak, maple, birch, pine & ash trees and let your dogs run, play and find sticks. I’m ok if they dig! That’s what dogs love to do! Plenty of shade and a new picnic table. Right next door is the Rollins State Park toll gate to go up Mt. Kearsarge and also access to miles of hiking trails. Fresh drinking water for the dogs! Nice quiet spot on a dead end dirt road in colrain surrounded by woods. There are cats around and fenced in chickens. Please don't let dogs chase or dig at the fence.

Welcome 🐾🐶🦴🐕‍🦺!!! Here you have private off street parking on the side of the house (last 2 pics shown). There are 2 different spaces to choose from and enjoy depending on if your pup loves the freedom of an open area or a smaller fenced in playground! The lower section: enjoy the walk, down a short green path to the backyard, open space area. There is a large tree for shade and sitting. Lots of room to run, play fetch, and if needed a large runner will be provided. The top section: fenced in, with space to climb stairs, jump on a trampoline, or just sniff, scavenge and explore!🐩🐩
