1.6 fully fenced private acres. Off-road parking on grass for 4-5 vehicles available, plus more along the side of the road. Sniffspot is accessed by a large chained gate with combination lock. Our 3 dogs are occasionally in an adjacent fenced area. Although we put up a visual barrier in that area, they may bark when you are nearby. NEW in July: We just added a small pool under the water park sprinkler play feature - perfect for beating the summer heat! Also, we added a wooden bridge which is the perfect location for a photo op! We have a number of fun features for dogs, including three BIG tires to run through or jump on top of (dogs only please!), two smaller tires to run through, weave poles, a dirt pile, two tunnels, and a fire hydrant just for fun. There is a concrete table and bench seating plus 5 Adirondack chairs - bring your picnic lunch. Running water, dog bowls, and grocery bags for poop are available across the field from the entrance gate, along with a poop scoop and large trash can. Toys, bug spray, additional poop bags, and an umbrella are located inside the bench seat near the entrance. We can also host dog birthday parties, gotcha day parties, or breed/litter get-togethers! Welcome to our Ocala Oasis! We have over an acre of shady grass to play and explore on! With our two fully fenced areas in the back separated by a gate this is the ideal place for new friendships as you can meet through the fence and then open the gate to play together when you’re ready. We have no farm animals ourselves but our neighbors do so this is another great way to temperament test your dog if you’re considering the farm life. We have a tortoise that lives on the side of the house which is blocked by the black gate. We have chairs and a bird feeder to relax by, multiple hoses to cool off the pups with water from our well. Fully fenced with chain link and with cattle panels in back. Very small dogs may be able to get out front gate so middle section has been modified so that our 5 pound dog cannot escape so it’s best for tiny pups. Owner of property is veterinary technician so all precautions have been taken. See you soon!
