The yard is used by our 4 dogs while we are home. They will be in the house during the day and unable to get to the yard. You will definitely hear them. There will be a gate at the stairs of the deck, please leave that closed. A chair will be provided on the concrete pad for you to sit and watch your dog(s) run around.

Hi there! I’m Megan and I 💕 dogs. My spot is a block from Starbucks & Publix (fantastic deli). My backyard is half shaded and half sunny with lush grass, 8ft fencing, a double gate, and huge with lots of area to explore. I’ve updated the seating with four modern adirondack chairs & two beverage tables September 2024. Enjoy the shade from the large mature trees and relax & enjoy playing with your pup! The property is our own property and is also a dog boarding facility. The property is fully fenced and is secured as well. I will meet customers at the gate to let them in each time. Boarding dogs will be kept up during the time that customers are here for their play time.

Nestled in a Holler, this Small 5.5 Acre Working Farm which is Partially Fenced located North of Nashville. During non-peak traffic I can drive from the city center to the farm in 15-20 minutes. There are rougher wooded areas and a large flat pasture to explore. Until your pet is comfortable here, a leash may be necessary. Please do not bother the neighbors. Also cleaning up poop is not a problem and not necessary, this is a large piece of land and the earth does that job for us.

We have a spacious and open backyard that is fully fenced in. Our backyard has 2 entrances via gates that close and lock very securely so no chance of your pets getting loose. Much of the backyard is shaded for them to escape the heat in as well. And we have a shaded area under the deck for the owners to sit and beat the heat. Otherwise kick back and relax on our deck and enjoy the outdoors while watching your dog(s) roam and explore or chill out as well. We also have a disc golf basket for the humans to get some fun in! We have a dog as well that is great with others but we’re more than okay to keep her inside if your dog(s) prefer their alone time. Parking is free on the street or in the driveway.

Mill Creek borders the very back of the property and is available for water play but trees and vegetation and overall acreage makes it easily avoidable if that's not your thing. If you choose to venture to the creek and have a runner, you may want to bring a long lead. The water levels are usually below the knee, but the ability to use Mill Creek safely depends on you, the creek conditions, and amount of recent rainfall. Always assess the abilities of you and your pets- as safety comes first! As Dirty Harry once said, "A man's got to know his limitations." The majority of the property has fencing so once you pass the house on your way to the back fields it's off leash play time! I recommend consider walking the perimeter first (on or off leash) to orient yourself with property features and assess potential escape opportunities. Your dog(s) will benefit from a perimeter walk allowing them to visually identify, mark their spots, and collect sniffs while at the same time reaping the benefit of your pack leaving an invisible "bread crumb" scent trail as you walk which will assist a dog with future identification of the established boundaries as well. This is a natural instinct for many breeds. Note that Mill Creek along the back of the entire property is not fenced but it is mostly obscured at dogs level by trees and vegetation. Tip: When leaving, you may want to leash up before you reach the house - especially if you have a runner since there is no fence on the side of the house you enter and leave the spot. Depending on the water table, there is also a small feeder stream gently flowing through the middle of the property between the side and back fields. It can be great fun for a dog to explore and jump in and out of (just try and stop them!) And great for smaller dogs if Mill Creek is too intimidating. Hint: bring towels! The mature tree lines always provide plenty of shade for those hot summer months. Several foot bridges are available to cross over that small stream between the side and back fields while exploring, and you might even find the occasional old fashioned rope wood swing. 7Acres Challenge: See if you can find the hidden steps! A black hose with spray wand attachment is hanging by the house at the entrance/exit if you need to rinse you or your pet. Another green hose is available hanging on the opposite corner in the back of the house by the BACK garage door for your use along with a water bowl. Feel free to pick yourself wildflowers if they are blooming (late Spring/Summer Varieties), or snack on some blackberries off the fence line if you happen to come while they are ripening (usually mid-June to mid-July).... Bug spray is always recommended spring through fall, Just in case! So the gras can get pretty tall but the dogs r free to play anywhere in the fenced area. And no dogs other then mine in the house. I don't want dog fights over boundrys.

A hidden gem in the midst of Smyrna! Nested within the city limits is 25 acres of beauty and splendor - creeks, woods, field, trails, and a crystal clear spring. One side of the property is bordered by rock springs and has some natural fencing consistent with a century old farm and homestead. Walk back in time and enjoy the boundless scenery. Please be aware of the water features as the spring is deep and moves swiftly through the property. An abundance of wildlife live on the farm so don’t be surprised by deer, hawks, skunks, rabbits, raccoons and such. With a farm also comes briars, thorns, uneven ground, fox holes, mole tunnels, and of course, ticks and mosquitoes. So come prepared!

Quiet neighborhood, .25 acres in the backyard. Great neighborhood to walk dog on a leash as well. Parking spots and bathroom for the humans. All the toys outside for dogs and kids are for your full use.

We have a 5ft tall fence as we have 2 large dogs and 2 cats(that will stay inside during your visit). We do not use any chemicals in our yard so while we keep our grass low, please be sure to have flea & tick prevention for your pet(s). If you are concerned about bugs, we do have bug repellent and a mesh tent that can be utilized if needed. There is a covered back porch with a table and chairs available and access to electricity and wifi(fiber). I do dog grooming in my spare time and have everything needed to get your dog clean for an extra fee if you’d like. We do not have any muddy areas besides under our back porch but we have installed a French drain in order to keep the moisture down near there. Under our porch is where we store wheel barrows and other items to help deter our dogs from going under there. Please make sure your dogs are utd on vaccinations such as parvo and bordetella, which are highly contagious. We’d like to keep our space safe :) I am a certified veterinary assistant as well and know how to administer first aid. We do have a veterinary clinic just 10 mins away if there are any accidents. Come enjoy a safe space with plenty room to run! We are new to sniff spot but hope to add more fun things and make our space more enjoyable depending on how many pups we get to host 🤗
