Our farm is located on 100 acres of beautifully scenic property and we have opened 26 acres of that space for you to explore. Our property is on predominantly flat elevation with trails, multiple fields and roughly 7 acres of forest. While the forest can be dense in spots, it is very walkable and presents a lovely spot to hike through. We have 5 ponds as well as a stream that runs the width of our property and travels through the forest. We have a myriad of wildlife that you may see or encounter during your adventures here. These could include (but are not limited to) great blue herons, muskrats, rabbits, geese, ducks, deer and coyotes. We do have livestock and a guardian dog on the property (they are fully fenced) as well as family pets so please respect their space and ensure your dogs are leashed anytime you are nearing the barn, paddock or barnyard areas.

We have a dedicated fenced 5 acre pasture for your dogs enjoyment. Please keep your dog on leash until in the dedicated and signed Sniffspot area. Parking is available at the dog training building for the pasture rental area. Please do not touch or approach the horses. Available pasture runs along Eaton Road and Cromarty. Entrance to pasture is on the west side of the fenced outdoor sand ring. Water is available outside at the training arena. Come play with us!

Important - All prices and charges are in USD Hello! I have just over 25 acres of land that leads into a bush behind our barn. There is a few pasture from cattle that is not fully fenced in, but welcome to walk through it. If you are looking for an area to train privately away from everything/hunting training (scents/recall) this would be perfect! I do have 2 dogs on the property. If you are out with your dogs mine will not be outside, just to warn if you hear barking. I do have children. They know not to approach a pup without permission. If your pup is not friendly with children as the parking spots will be right in front of our house. I will make sure they’re not outside when you are unloading our loading back up! I do ask that poop is still picked up in the bush as we do take our dogs and children for walks out there ! I do also offer grooming from my home. Welcome, everyone! Our current lot sits on about 18.5 acres, with about 5 acres used for farming! We run a small Wood Milling business, which you will pass through the area to get into the forest/bush area, where there is a groomed trail taking you out to the open field at the back of the property, which is very quiet, away from any other dogs & people. There is no fencing, but there is tons for your pups to sniff & explore. We do have quite a bit of wildlife in the area, consisting of rabbits, squirrels, deer, and the occasional wild turkey! If you are looking for a timeslot on any of the blocked out times, please shoot me a message, and I will do my best to accommodate you! Thank you!

A private spot away from the road and most houses. There are free range birds on the property. If your dog is unfriendly with the birds there's about five acres of woods to get away from them. My animals are all friendly. Camping is available at a extra fee
