We have treed areas, large manicured and unfenced areas for zoomies, a pond for frogging plus an L-shaped fully fenced, fully secure area that wraps around the north and east side of the house. It's the perfect size for a small to medium dogs. It has a manicured portion and a unmaintained portion. (The east side is aprx 60’ long x 25’ wide and the north side is aprx 100’ x 20’ wide.) Larger than some city backyards! There are so many spots to sniff and investigate or just sit on the dock and chill with your doggo. * Toys, towels, treats and water bowl are kept on the porch. There are lawn chairs by the porch for your use, move them wherever you like. There is a garbage can beside the porch with a scooper and bags. * There’s a patio umbrella on the dock and another by the picnic table—feel free to open them if you’d like some shade during your visit. * Please note that while we respect your privacy during your visit, we do live on-site and are sometimes working in the barn or around the property on equipment. You may see or hear us during your appointment, but we’ll do our very best to give you space and minimize disruption.

We have Multiple areas available for rent (privately between you and your friends) ranging in square footage. Area 1 (5,460 sq ft) is a competition spec Dock Diving pool area, great for dogs who are confident swimmers and divers. Area 2 (3,150 sq ft) is great for small dogs and hosts some agility equipment. Area 3 (11,913 sq ft) is great for medium and large dogs. Area 5 is our inground pool which is heated and great for dogs and humans. Area 6 is our freshwater filtered splash pond, great for dogs to learn how to swim. Lastly we have a members only dog park (33,706 sq ft). You and your dog have to pass a recall/body language test to make sure everyone is safe, combined with security cameras our dog park really takes it to a new level of fun and safety. We host a beekeeper who has about 40 hives on a well-marked and avoidable section of one trail. The bees are out only from April to October but please avoid the hives anyway. Our farm is located on 100 acres of beautifully scenic property and we have opened 26 acres of that space for you to explore. Our property is on predominantly flat elevation with trails, multiple fields and roughly 7 acres of forest. While the forest can be dense in spots, it is very walkable and presents a lovely spot to hike through. We have 5 ponds as well as a stream that runs the width of our property and travels through the forest. We have a myriad of wildlife that you may see or encounter during your adventures here. These could include (but are not limited to) great blue herons, muskrats, rabbits, geese, ducks, deer and coyotes. We do have livestock and a guardian dog on the property (they are fully fenced) as well as family pets so please respect their space and ensure your dogs are leashed anytime you are nearing the barn, paddock or barnyard areas.

No gravel driveway leads there thats home use and is not where to park. This property is right next to Six Mile Creek Park with private entrances from our field. You are welcome to park on the property on the west side off the road and walk through. We do have three chickens free ranging in our yard but they do not go into the field.

There is a few pasture from cattle that is not fully fenced in, but welcome to walk through it. If you are looking for an area to train privately away from everything/hunting training (scents/recall) this would be perfect! I do have 2 dogs on the property. If you are out with your dogs mine will not be outside, just to warn if you hear barking. I do have children. They know not to approach a pup without permission. If your pup is not friendly with children as the parking spots will be right in front of our house. I will make sure they’re not outside when you are unloading or loading back up! I do ask that poop is still picked up in the bush as we do take our dogs and children for walks out there ! I do also offer grooming from my home. If you’d like to book in a groom after a nice long walk/playtime! You are more than welcome!! We do have chickens that roam the property please make sure your pup doesn’t attack them please !
