55Really beautiful yard with plenty of shade and soft grass. The sprinklers were on and while my dog enjoyed it, she did bite one of them so I couldn’t keep her off leash to prevent any further damage. Keep in mind if your dog isn’t the best with sprinklers as they are automatic and plentiful.
Otherwise, really lovely experience! Alanis A.

55This spot was truly a slice of heaven. As. you drive there and climb out of Prescott the scenery becomes more rugged and secluded. The hosts were great about sending information about directions and where to park and Clayton met us when we arrived and shared a bit about the landscape, history, where the dogs could play and even made sure to provide plenty of fresh water. The dogs had the best time exploring the rocks, the meadow, the pond and the creek bed. Brenda and Clayton checked in to be sure we were getting what we needed and even offered a dog shower and treats by their home since there are some cow patties around and a bit of mud around the areas (which our dogs gladly particpated in rolling around in). They also offered a bathroom in their home and gave bottles of water which was so kind and generous on this hot day. Overall this experience was incredible and we definitely recommend this spot, not only for the beauty but also for the graciousness of the hosts. We will definitely be back. It was wonderful and our dogs are so happy and tired. Don't miss this one. Marla V.

55This Spot continues to be, in my opinion, the best Spot in Central AZ. Fully fenced, large enough size to tire out highly active dogs, well maintained turf (which is almost impossible to find in this area), and a thoughtful, responsive host. We are "regulars" at this spot.
The neighbors on one side do have dogs that sometimes come to the fence and bark, but the hosts have placed privacy screening there to reduce impact. Our dog is dog-reactive, but this spot is large enough that we can stay clear of that corner of the lot when needed.
This is a great spot especially for large, high energy, dogs who need vigorous exercise in a safe environment. Plus, the turf is sometimes fun for the humans to lie down on and relax... :-)Michael M.

55Worth a trip from Phoenix to stay at this spot. Easy places to stop to potty on the way up. We spent 90 min here with our 2 large dogs. Its glorious, everything you could want + cooler temps.

55A very special spot, as fun for hoo-mans as the pups! Relaxing spots to chill under the oak trees, enjoying the orchard view and cool grass and lily pond vibes. Dogs had a ball and played with one too :) our older gal found a shade spot under a tree and took a siesta after casing the joint ... all in all very attractive, enjoyable space! we'll be back fer sure !! P.S was enjoying so much forgot to take pics :(Katy M.

55Beautiful spot! Instructions for parking and entrance were very straightforward. Plenty of room for the dogs to run, play and explore while we enjoyed the views. We appreciated the good music lightly playing. We will definitely return when we are in the area again.Kim A.

55Our girl is highly reactive to other people and dogs so this is a perfect, private place where she can run as much as she wants and we don’t have to worry about her. Yesterday was perfect weather and all she wanted to do was run and run and run. Gina provides a large, clean bowl of water, toys, doggie-bags, and plenty of rest areas for us (slower) two-legged folks. If you’ve been hesitant to try this app, try Gina’s first, she’s very communicative and clear — everything is marked well — and she’ll spoil you for everyone else, lol. Kristin D.

55We're regulars at this Spot, and I've left a number of detailed reviews before. So I won't repeat it all in this one. Anyone interested can scroll down in the reviews here.
Bottom line -- this is still the best Spot in Central AZ. Combines large lot size, comfy turf, thoughtful spot owner, etc. Great for active dogs that need to get their energy out in a safe outdoor environment. Michael M.

55A beautiful, fully fenced, well maintained property that allows my dogs the privilege of running off leash. Comfy areas to relax if you want to observe your dog(s) solo explore…or plenty of room to run around and play games. Visiting Gina’s yard is always a special treat!Heather K.

55Hands down the best Sniffspot we have ever visited! Our pups absolutely loved the nerf gun and us humans loved the comfy chairs and music playing. Gina’s place is such a beautiful property. We did get barked at by the neighbors dog and they jumped up on the fence and put their heads over to see us, but all our pups did a good job ignoring. It would definitely be something to watch out for if you have reactive dogs. We will definitely be back again! Gwen R.

55As I've posted before, this is the best Spot we've found in all of Central/North AZ. Large lot, secure fencing, well maintained turf area, good amenities, and an excellent host. Great space for active dogs that need vigorous exercise.
Neighbor dogs on one side are sometimes at their fence, and they do bark. But the hosts have placed privacy screening across that fence. Plenty of space in the Spot to run and play away from that end of the property.
This place is a gem for folks in the Prescott area...Michael M.

FAQ About Prescott Dog Parks
Are dog parks good for dogs?
It is important for dogs to have off leash exercise to sniff and run. But the free and open nature of public dog parks has drawbacks. There could be aggressive dogs, disease transmission and cleanliness issues. For this reason, many dog behaviorists discourage visiting public dog parks and recommend Sniffspot's private dog parks. Sniffspot private dog parks only allow one guest to book at a time and are not open to the public, which solves many of these issues.
Are dog parks safe?
While public dog parks have a number of safety issues, such as aggressive dogs, disease transmission and general cleanliness, Sniffspot dog parks much safer than public dog parks. With Sniffspot all bookings are private for just you and dogs you bring with you and we require all dogs to be vaccinated (or have equivalent titers). All Sniffspot locations are vetted and reviewed by guests so you can find the perfect place for you and your dog. 10% of reviews on Sniffspot visits in the Prescott area are 5 stars.
How do I know if a dog park works for my dog?
You can filter Sniffspot dog parks by fencing and distractions. If your dog doesn't have good recall, you can visit one of our 22 fully fenced dog parks in the area. If your dog is reactive to other dogs, you can visit one of our 52 off leash areas where there are no dogs audible or visible nearby. You can also filter locations to avoid other domestic animals and people. We also recommend reading reviews and reaching out to the host with any questions.
