Great pool just to get those swim loving dogs into some water during the hot summer months to cool them down and get some energy out. Shallow pool (deepest is about 5 feet) for dogs, with separate side entrance that is separate from the rest of the house/yard, so no contact with the residents. Pool is completely contained so your pet will be safe and unable to escape. There are chairs, chaise lounges, some dog pool toys, an umbrella, a two seater patio swing w/canopy , and misters (only available at certain times/days), as well as a fire pit around the pool area that are available for use as well as towels provided (if requested before arrival). The pool is fairly small but the entrance has a good-sized shallow landing platform that is only about 6 to 12 inches deep. The pool is professionally cleaned every Friday, so we cannot accommodate use on Fridays due to the cleanings.

I am a professional pet photographer; if would like to have your dog professionally photographed, please send me a message for more details. My yard is free of any toxins; I use Epsom salt to keep the grass fresh. The grass is mowed and kept short, in fact, started to plant clover which is a natural nitrogen replenisher for the ground. At some point, there may be more clover than grass. :)

Whether your dog needs to run or just have some fun doing simple agility practise, you will love this real grassy yard! Humans can relax in a comfy chair in the covered patio area and toss a ball while sipping on a cold beverage or hot coffee from our self- serve coffee bar (all provided). This spot also has great night lighting if you want to come at night. We have a 5ft deep large play pool with a stair entrance and a low bench seat on each side. Balls and toys provided to throw in the pool and have some awesome splashdowns into the water! Large and fully fenced area that comfortably accommodates our greyhound’s needs, as well as our chihuahua’s needs. There is a large grassy area and also a tennis court area that works great for smoothing out dog’s nails. There are areas covered in small rocks, too. Since there are various terrains and it does get hot in the desert, we have dog boots (that are very breathable) and available to borrow, as well as dog visors. We have small, medium, and large boots to protect the paws. Also, personal sunscreen packets are provided for our guest owners. There are many seating arrangements, tables available, sun umbrellas, a water feature, and many areas with natural shade provided. There is one area in particular that makes one think that they are not in the desert, but rather in another part of Arizona that provides shade from pine trees. There are three enclosures that are visible and house two pygmy goats (joey and chandler) and a chicken coop with three chickens. You might see a rabbit or squirrel on occasion. Sometimes, the tortoise will emerge from his enclosure to greet you. There are fruit trees on the premises if you’d like to take a lemon when in season. There is also a hose to use if needed. (You will want to run the water for a bit since the hose gets very heated in the summer months). Parking is conveniently located near the gated entry. There will also be bags available if your dog relieves itself. We are sure our property will provide a peaceful retreat to enjoy with your canine friend.
