Wonderful! We had a great time and the spot was perfect. The fence was very secure, the yard was large with lots for the dogs to explore, the neighborhood was very tranquil (there was a very sweet dog who sat quietly at the fence part of the time we were there), and the pool was perfect, with a large ledge the dogs could stand on (our dogs have never been in a pool before so were nervous). Seamless checkin/entrance, instructions were clear, and they had everything we could need. We will definitely be back!

Julie’s property was amazing!! My dogs absolutely loved getting to run around and use the doggy pool! Julie made sure we were well taken care of! We will definitely be coming back soon!!

JD Ranch is a reliably good time. Peaceful, quiet, and natural venues here and there for our pup to discover. So good to be around the mature trees with large long friendly branches. This is definitely a premium sniffspot. ❤️🐶

Great spot! Pool was nice and the property was perfect for my dog to stretch his legs. Just a word of caution the neighbors did have dogs that came up to the fence!

This is a great place to introduce your dogs to water. Plenty of space for them to run also!

The best Sniffspot we’ve visited! My crew was extremely happy. Tons of space, lots of cool water with the doggie pools to cool off in, and plenty of adventure. Loved it!

The babies had such a great time! The pool was a hit and our big boys got to stretch their legs. The neighbor did let his pups out while we were there, no fault of the owners but be aware if your dogs are reactive like ours. Again, great spot and we will definitely be back.

WOW! This place is amazing. Soo beautiful, clean, spacious, and peaceful! My girls loved the scents there and the chicken hut, which is set back and very secure. Host Julie was incredibly kind and hospitable as well!!! Prior to reservation time Julie messaged me with access details for a smooth process and to double-check if I wanted her to set up the dog pool - which I did end up asking for and my husky especially loved. No question I will be back regularly.

This was my first time using Sniffspot, and it was a great experience! I brought my four pups, and the host was incredibly welcoming. She communicated everything clearly and made us feel right at home. Highly recommend!

This is our go-to Spot! It’s always well landscaped, and the hostess Julie is very responsive. She always goes above and beyond to help in any way she can. I’ve been to some Spots in sketchy neighborhoods that do not offer what they advertise. You can trust that this Spot is in a nice, safe neighborhood; and your pups will have a safe experience. My beagles LOVE all the smells here, and my reactive pibble has the time of his life. Everyone leaves tired and happy.

This place is amazing!! Absolutely worth the drive. My dogs ended up so tired but enjoyed every second. We can’t take them both to the park so being able to see them enjoy such a wonderful place it’s the best.

Sandreas property was wonderful and beautiful- I brought my pack of 3 and even my 10 year old senior enjoyed taking a dip in the pool and then laying out under the fans. Not only is Sandrea professional and responsive - she is sure to answer any questions and accommodate. My babies and I will most def be back and I can see why the ratings here are great - one pointer is the gate when going in be sure to latch both the bottom and top of the gate, and you may need to lift the gate in order for it to align and lock. :)

We rented this Sniffspot for my three with varying degrees of reactivity. They absolutely loved the pool and all the smells. It was a fun and enriching experience for them. That said, please be aware that you might see and hear other dogs. The neighbors have dogs that they occasionally let out into their yard. Thankfully, their dogs were not reactive, even when my dogs charged the fence. Two of mine eventually lost interest, but one stayed fixated, so we had to keep him on leash since the neighbor dogs kept coming into view. We've been working hard to break our dog's fence aggression. Unfortunately, OUR backyard is surrounded by neighbor dogs that run the fence line. But again, since the neighbor dogs were non-reactive it did make the situation manageable. That being said, we were really grateful that the neighbor dogs remained calm, and the neighbor was kind enough to round them up and get them away from the fence. It became a training moment for our crew to work on recall and helped them have a positive experience with calm dogs. And positive experiences with other dogs when working with timid and reactive dogs is very important. Even with the restrictions on our dogs, we will be booking this spot again. The pool was such a hit, and our dogs had a great time. Next time, we’ll bring a long lead for the one dog who needs more help with his recall. Overall, this is a great spot. The pool is fantastic for dogs that love water. Just know ahead of time that you might encounter the neighbor dogs.

This was our first time visiting a sniff spot and it was so easy and the dogs had so much fun! The space is beautiful and host was quick to respond.

Communication with the host was excellent! This was our first time and our 3 dogs had an excellent time. One dog got a bath. Another dog learned to get in and out of kiddie pool. Water for humans and dogs to drink for hot days. We plan to return. And dogs slept rest of the day after their adventure!

Wonderful place! Easy to find, secure, beautiful, huge, and well-maintained. Lots of big trees provide lots of shade. We had an early Sunday morning reservation, and the doggie pool was ready for us with clean, cold water. And the chickens are safely behind 2 fences! This was our first Sniffspot experience and we will definitely be back - probably ALOT in the cool months!!
