10 Acres to Roam in Folsom

We have about 10 acres with the horses and the cows in pasture adjoining the spot. We cleared a park like area for hosting parties that can be lit at night. there is space for a bonfire and plenty of felled tree limbs. We have established many trails through our little forest. There are deer, birds and every other forest critter to see. There is only barbed wire for cattle out there on the property line, you have to know you can recall your dog and that they won't bolt away from you -- however the area available is full of hills and depending on your trek, you may never even see the line. :)

Also note this area is a natural spot and since we don't use any chemicals expect to see insect (ants, spiders, etc. ) activity. Lastly, please check our extras for some more exciting activities. Lots of level grassy areas to run and play in! There’s a fire table for your use. Please be sure to turn it completely off before you leave. When it’s hot out, there’s plenty of shade and we provide an oscillating fan on the deck for some cool breeze. Milk bones are provided, along with a hose and kiddie pool during the warmer months. We turn the water off in the winter so our pipes don’t freeze. Tons of seating! Outdoor living room area, plus an additional table and chairs with umbrella. There's even a sitting area in the yard with a fetching sticks and some toys. Hammock available as an extra for lounging on the deck.
