55Very beautiful spot. Beau loved lying in the water and chasing the ball in. No issues with other animals or people. We stayed pretty much the entire 1.5 hrs in the front by the water so did not explore the property. The only thing I would suggest is maybe leaving a bowl out by the water spout on the side of the house. I almost always bring my own bowl if I know there is a water source but I find that most spots have a bowl out. I forgot mine this time so my bad. Otherwise Beau really enjoyed his time there. Are dog parks good for dogs?
It is important for dogs to have off leash exercise to sniff and run. But the free and open nature of public dog parks has drawbacks. There could be aggressive dogs, disease transmission and cleanliness issues. For this reason, many dog behaviorists discourage visiting public dog parks and recommend Sniffspot's private dog parks.
