55This is a super pretty property! We were only able to stay for a few minutes because our standard poodle was not a big fan of sticks and nature getting in his coat, lol. Stephanie was super nice about it and offered stuff for us, but there isn't a ton you can do about a picky poodle! I would warn that there are quite a few foxtails and burrs in the area to keep an eye out for, but it is otherwise great! Kaylee O.

55We just happened to pick the hottest day of the year at the hottest time of the day so did not stay as long as planned. My dog loved the off-trail bushes and thicket. Despite being a “golden mix” he is a scent hound so he “sniffed” at staying on the trail and eagerly turned to the bushes. It was his first time—at 11 months—off leash so he would complain he didn’t have enough opportunity to do it justice! And I would defend the decision given the thermostat in my car read 90 as we left. Certainly no reflection on the setting. We will be back again.Jody S.

Are dog parks good for dogs?
It is important for dogs to have off leash exercise to sniff and run. But the free and open nature of public dog parks has drawbacks. There could be aggressive dogs, disease transmission and cleanliness issues. For this reason, many dog behaviorists discourage visiting public dog parks and recommend Sniffspot's private dog parks. Sniffspot private dog parks only allow one guest to book at a time and are not open to the public, which solves many of these issues.
Are dog parks safe?
While public dog parks have a number of safety issues, such as aggressive dogs, disease transmission and general cleanliness, Sniffspot dog parks much safer than public dog parks.
