Let you and your pups be free!! Visit our 220 acres which 218 acres is reserved for a leash free day! Enjoy the natural nature setting in the Big Brush Creek Cove. Think of it as renting out a state park for the day! Enjoy the sound of water the moment you park. Walk along the driveway to view the creek and gorge the whole way in or enjoy mountain trails on the right side of the driveway. Marathon runners love training here! Make sure the pups get to swim and splash in the clean flowing creek. Take a break so you and your pup(s) can enjoy pure relaxation. *Inquire about camping overnight if you love it too much to leave. We hope you and your pup(s) will love it as much as we and our pups do. *Please note when you make a reservation it will be booked on central time zone. I’m happy to honor eastern time when possible. *Rules are simple but some forget, which is to leave the land the way you find it. 🐶💕 *Do not carve on trees please, especially the big tree at the back boundary with Indian carvings on it. 🐶💕 *Do not leave bags of waste along the driveway. Dogs get to be dogs here so bagging isn’t necessary but if you bag their waste, then take it to the provided garbage can. 🐶💕 *a horse trough is provided in place of a picnic table / bench at the back boundary next to the small fire pit which has wood stacked and ready for use. *The water can rise during floods coming into the back boundary field so accommodations are being made for a heavier picnic table that won’t wash away like the first one did 🙂 *please always check back for updates as the property continues to improve for pups and their parents 🐶💕 * ALWAYS close the gate behind you unless your told otherwise please 🐶💕

Welcome to the mountain! The drive up is beautiful, there’s a little general store on the corner to grab some snacks and beverages before you get to the house. Ample parking available. The entire back is fenced, over 5 acres fully fenced with pond and pool (1/1/2025 OUR POOL IS DOWN FOR RENOVATIONS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE 😭) (dogs allowed to swim in the pond and as soon as the pool is back up, duh!). Hose, kiddie pool both available. We do have 3 very dog savvy horses but they can be put up if your dogs aren’t horse friendly! Our dogs will stay inside to allow yours to roam- they are all kept on monthly prevention for flea/tick and deworming and we expect that of you as well! Fear not, most of the time a 15+ ER vet tech would be on site and we have a pretty well stocked emergency kit! We run a dog and cat rescue so these funds will help rescue animals immensely! Beautiful 27-acre property in rural Wartrace with plenty of room for dogs of any size or breed to come play, off or on leash. This is an awesome opportunity for you and your pet to go on the fun-filled, adventure-packed, private field trip you’ve been waiting for! We have a creek and pond on site for the water loving fur babies to use as they please! We ask that you use the second entrance that has a gravel driveway and parking area, rather than the entrance to the main house. There will be signage at the correct entrance. Keep in mind that we have a fence on all sides except along the road. However, our road isn’t very busy, and you will be far enough off the road enough that we do not foresee any problems, as long as your dog doesn’t have a tendency of heading for the hills as soon as they are off leash. Even then, I think there is enough room that any dog will be free to run and play without harm. We have two dogs of our own, so please let me know if you would like me to put them up during your visit. If not, my doggos are friendly and would love to play with your pet(s)! Most of the pets in the pictures provided are of dogs I have watched for friends and family in the past. Oh, and no need to bag poo. 😁

Fenced in back yard in Baxter! We have a hose and spigot, as well as bowls for pups to drink. We also have a toy basket with dogs. Our dog Wrigley will not have access to the spot while you are here, but you may be able to hear her from inside the house. We will have dog waste bags with the toys and bowls. Feel free to throw waste in the trashcan by the garage or leave it and we will get it. We have a large patio set with enough seats for 8 people, a fire pit, and plenty of space for humans to relax while their pup sniffs.

We’ve got 25 acres here Donkeys and chickens live in the front half. We’ve got 8 dogs - best breed EVER: RESCUE 😎🤘🏻 Back of property is beautiful…pond. Trails. Even a creek…..it’s a hike But we’ll worth the walk we moved from Houston TX 4 yrs ago and laugh all the time. Cuz we bought our “kids” their dream …….come check it out

We would love to host you and your beloved fur babies in our very nice, fully fenced in backyard! We are located just about 20 minutes outside of downtown Chattanooga. We have a trampoline and swing set available for children to play while your dog runs free! We can offer water for your pups, as well as for you. We lost our fur baby about 2 years ago, so yours will be free to enjoy it to themselves. I do have a small dog pool I can fill up for them to use. Our larger (small) pool is not for use. I have a water bowl and there is plenty of shade, seating, and tables provided. If necessary, we will allow use of our indoor restroom. Can supply hand sanitizer or soap, bottled water, and snacks if necessary. Hope to host you and your pups!

Enjoy this 3 acre lot. Approx 1 acre in front is flat. The rest of the property is a private wooded area. Not fenced. The private wooded area has some incline.

Come visit our beautiful spot out in the historical Cumberland Homesteads! Set on 20 acres, your fur babies will be able to run and play to their heart's content! This spot is very wide open and peaceful with beautiful scenery. During the summer months, feel free to pick blackberries that grow all along the backside of the field, either to take or enjoy during your stay; Great treat for your fur babies also ;) ! During the fall/winter months, enjoy the beautiful mountain view that is more visible as the trees start to lose their leaves! You can walk the entire field, explore, and enjoy the peace with your babies! The woods are part of the property, so if you'd like to explore and hike the woods, feel free! There is a small creek that runs through the woods that flows really well after a good rain. Feel free to set up your lawn chairs and just relax while your babies run wild!

The outdoor play area of our facility is available for Sniffspot guests. Please park around the back side of the building by following the white vinyl fence. Please enter the gate featuring a designated "Sniffspot" sign. The building will be locked, and there is active video surveillance. Please make sure the gate is closed when you leave. Set far back away from any traffic or roads. Right off Hwy 111 and a quick drive from Livingston or Cookeville. Beautiful greenery that is well maintained. We have 2 hammocks and a bohemian swing hung from a shady tree. 2 lounge chairs with attached trays and a shade blocker above your head. Snacks & drinks are offered here at an affordable price. We have a trail that leads to a creek with a cozy little bench to sit on while enjoying the nature all around you. We also have a fire pit that can be used to enjoy the country air. We own a side by side ATV that can be requested to use to tour the land and to visit our private waterfall! Hope to see y’all soon!

Fully fenced in backyard. Entrance is a gate that’s easily accessible. Upon booking there is a back door with a bathroom and washroom for your dog. We will provide water bottles for our guests and some snacks. There is dog bowls out back under a shaded gazebo.

Decently sized, fenced in backyard, grass always mowed. Parking in gravel outside the front fence out you may pull in the gate to the gravel side yard.

Welcome to our SniffSpot! If you send me a note I'm happy to put out some lawn chairs and a big bowl of water before your arrival. There are plastic bags for poop hanging on the fence, which you can place in the trashcan in the driveway on your way out :) If there's anything else you might need please feel free to reach out. We have a lovely fenced in yard that we would love to share with your pups! We provide a water bowl, trash can, table and chairs, and bug spray. We also have a hose if your dog enjoys water. Please bring your own poop bags and toys! :)
