Welcome to our Sniffspot, located on our family ranch! Our 2.5 acre spot is fenced and offers plenty of room for your furry friend to run, play, and explore. With a mix of natural areas and cleared park-like spaces, your dog will have endless opportunities to sniff and discover new sights and smells. Our shaded seating areas provide the perfect spot for you to relax and watch your pup have a blast. And don't worry about bringing water - we've got you covered with a dedicated dog drinking water station. Our spot is also drive-on, making it easy for you to bring your pup and all their gear. Thank you for viewing us! Our backyard is a private area, fully fenced with plenty of space for your dog to exercise and enjoy some time outside. It backs up to a wooden area that you are free to explore but it is not part of the fenced area. We live on a cul-de-sac so there's plenty of parking options in front of the house as well as a drive way for accessibility. We have a back gate for quick access and if you need assistance or have questions, feel free to reach out to us!

I'm a big animal lover with a beautiful extra-large shady backyard. Many of my fur babies have played to their heart's content here over the years. It is perfect for running and playing frisbee or fetch. Even though they have transitioned to doggie heaven, they would have wanted you to bring your puppies here to play. Welcome to our home! We are on .55 acres and plenty for your fur babies to sniff. We also have a pool they can utilize for an ADDITIONAL COST and a seating area for you moms and dads to hang out. The deck has seating for 12, a fridge stocked with cold beverages, a smart tv and surround sound to enjoy a show or music. Our back fence door leads to a small pond behind our home. If you choose to use our entrance, the pond is not fenced in but occasionally has ducks and other wildlife for your furbabies’ excitement.
