Come enjoy the country life with your dogs just minutes away from the city. We have a total of 5 acres with 3ish in the back fully fenced with 5ft welded wire. By the house there is a deck and patio with hose access and seating. There are tall grass meadow areas and mown grass play areas along with trails through the tall grass and plenty of voles to hunt around for. We have 2 50lb- ish dogs who play here all day who can be new friends or kept inside depending on your preference and theirs. The pond is full of nature and a very nice spot to cool off. ***We may have a few days blocked off soon during the summer to allow time for contractors to do work on the exterior of the house. This fully fenced in yard is the ultimate oasis. Walk your dog on over and relax next to Ford Lake with optional usage of the fire pit, fridge, and tiki torches. We also have two playgrounds for younger children (or children at heart) to enjoy. There's also a scooper, dog poop station, and toys available for you to use. Wifi is available free for guests. Connection information will be sent during your booking. Need to charge your phone or use an outlet? Feel free to plug-in to our outdoor receptacles. Need to run your dog at night? Not a problem! We have exterior lights we can turn on both by the lake and near the house that will give you more than enough light to see. There's also solar lights placed throughout the yard. While we don't specifically have an outdoor restroom, if you need to use the restroom, message us and we can let you inside. Dogs must remain outside while you use the facilities. Stay for an hour or have an evening relaxing by the lake with your pup. Note that if your dog is more reactive around people, we recommend coming during the morning during the week. As the weather is changing and days are getting longer, we plan to stay open till 9pm or longer just depending on daylight. 🐶 If you are looking for a quiet and secluded place for your fur babies to play you have found the right spot. This is a great spot for reactive dogs and non socials as I am situated on 5 acres and almost 2 of the acres are fully fenced for the SniffSpot. My neighbors are very spaced out as well, so u have a very quiet visit. Also a great spot for training ( we have added agility equipment, we have 2 huge tires and an A Frame ladder). Hi there! We have a fully fenced small backyard (but big enough to throw a tennis ball!) available to rent. My dog sadly passed and she was quite reactive, and I would love to offer a place for owners to let their pets roam free for a bit. It is a quiet neighborhood. The yard has 8 seats split amongst two tables and a flower garden along the entire back fence/ around the shed. There is another garden with hostas along the house as well. We have a garden hose and sprinkler for use, doggy bags, tennis balls, toys and water bowls as well as hand sanitizer. The inside will be available to use the restroom provided one of us are present. We are excited to share our yard with those that need a place to let their dog roam free!

Hi! We live in a super quiet neighborhood (other than noise from the highway)! Neither neighbor has dogs on either side, and we rarely ever even hear barking in the neighborhood. It is definitely not the biggest or most manicured property around here but it’s especially great for reactive dogs (like ours)! I hope you can enjoy our backyard! Welcome to our fully fenced in backyard!! We can provide agility toys to make a course, as well as herding balls. Feel free to bring your own toys too! We will have a water bowl for drinking. In the back of the yard we have an inclosed puppy pen turf area for smaller puppies. Durning the colder days we have covered seating area with an over head heater and gas fireplace.

Located in west Toledo, near west Toledo animal hospital and MedVet animals hospital (Douglas road). My yard is fenced in with hose access and plenty of room for playing fetch, rolling around for back scratches and soaking up some sun. In the winter there is a concrete area that gets shoveled and pet safe salt is laid. In the summer yard is treated and kept short to eliminate bugs and bacteria, FREE of flowers bushes or plants that may be toxic to animals a seating arrangement with small table as well as a children’s pool for keeping cool!
