Mostly dry, but patches of mud. *Paige2040 first visit discounts* **PLEASE READ THE HOURS OF AVAILABILITY IN THE BODY OF THIS DESCRIPTION. **At this time, the yard is only available Saturday, Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday between 8:45 a.m. and 3:15 p.m. - last booking would need to be made at 2:15 for a 3:15 p.m. exit - and Friday between 12 p.m and 1:30 pm Welcome to our 1.25-acre fully fenced yard. No frills. This yard is a wonderful place for dogs to play and run. Owners can sit in the swing while dogs run and play. It's a great place to throw the Chuckit! (provided), as your dog(s) can really stretch their legs in a full-out run. We love it here, and we hope you do too. There are security cameras monitoring the driveway and gate into the property for your protection. Resident dogs cannot be seen from the yard, but will most likely bark when you pull up. Welcome to Brockett Bark Park! 🐾 Friends have told us our backyard feels like a small city park: a fully fenced 1.2 acre property lined with trees that provide lots of shade and privacy. There's lots of room here for activity—whether your fur-babies like to roam and sniff all the smells, find and chew on endless sticks, play long distance fetch (with our handy chuck-it), or just get some serious exercise running at full speed up and down the hill. We have two large breed dogs ourselves (an Australian Shepherd and a Great Pyrenees) and this yard is their happy place! Our Pyr is a rescue who can't be off leash or go to dog parks, so our property is the only space where he's free to be himself.
