Enjoy a fully fenced 2-acre yard with plenty of scents from visiting wildlife. Horses and chickens will be joining us in Spring 2026. Important Notes * This is our personal home and an active farm (est. 1801), not a commercial dog park. I host for the joy of sharing our space and to help with the costs of maintaining the property. * Please be respectful and patient—we’ll extend the same kindness to you. * the highway is next to our property so during peak travel hours, might provide some white/background noise but is not horrible. 🚗 At times, we may need to arrive/leave through the front yard during your booking but we will never enter the fenced sniff spot. 🐶 Our own dogs may bark if you’re near the house or camper, and we may be visible through our windows. 🌍 Property is pesticide-free and fertilizer-free. However, we spray for ticks in spring/summer and mow frequently to keep grass short. 🌧️ After heavy rain, a temporary pond may form in the back of the yard. Private Pond Pooch Paradise

Our property sits 1200+ feet off of the main road and is a total of 28 acres. There are neighboring properties that are 50 acres and 80 acres so no close homes in most directions. We are located approximately 1 mile from West Branch State Park. The property has a clean swimming pond, a walkable forest area with some established trails that are currently covered with leaves. We are a working farm with about 8 acres of crops. There is a large 3 acre wheat field in the front great for ball throwing. The remaining non crop acres are walking paths with some cut grass and yard. We do not have any livestock but our neighbors have cows. There is a secure fence on one side of our property that keeps the cows in their pasture. They’ve never visited us! Neighboring properties are also farms with over 100 acres of open land, woods and crops surrounding our property with no main or visible roads. You can see houses on one side of the property and that’s where the cows live! They have dogs but they’ve never visited us. We do have 2 well behaved German Shorthaired Pointers named River and Remmy who run freely on the property. However we will keep them inside when guests use the property. We have a bench to sit on in a shaded area around the pond for relaxing. The woods are beautiful to walk about as well. There is a large rock in the woods to take a rest on with an amazing ravine creek view. Our property is large and not fenced so dogs with impeccable recall should enjoy the freedom to play, run, swim, sniff and explore. Leashed walks are also welcome. Long leads can also be used. Because we are so far off of any main roads you will feel comfortable here! Your pups are welcome to swim in the pond during your visit. During recent rains our property stays mainly dry and the woods are relatively dry as well as there are many leaves covering the ground. In the winter when the ground is frozen it’s a beautiful walk.

Boone Docks Dog Diving Pool

We offer private pool sessions in our 20x40 ft dog diving pool with a 40 ft turf dock. Whether you have an experienced dock diver or would like to introduce your pup to the sport, or you have a new puppy that you want to introduce to water, or an older dog that just needs some good healthy swim time, or a hunting dog that you want to keep in shape during the summer season, we welcome them all. We have a 10x10 ft kennel on site if you bring multiple dogs. Only 2 dogs allowed on the dock at a time. We book appointments by 30 minute or 60 minute increments. The owner will be on site for the duration of all appointments to assist you and your pups.

Bow Wow Beach

Bow Wow Beach is a fully fenced dog park located at 5027 Stow Rd in Stow, Ohio. Hickory Hollow Private Dog Park In Strasburg

We have one full acre fully fenced with 4' high goat/sheep woven wire fencing. About 1/3 of it is open grassy field and the other 2/3 is nice shady woods. We in the process of over seeding the field to make the grass more lush this spring. We have added a few surprises down in the woods to make it more fun for our guests and their fur babies. There is an open lean-to where there are dog toys like frisbees and balls availble. There is also be a cute backdrop as a photo op for the dogs.
