The dog park at Starwind Farm is located on a working horse farm and offers three options. There is an 80 by 180 foot indoor riding arena that is completely enclosed with doors on both ends and lights. It is ideal for small group play, off leash, work, and general burning of energy year round. With the unprecedented temperatures and ice, it's an excellent place to play or work with your dog(s) There is a beautiful walk next to the river with a path that winds around the horse paddocks. There is a small fenced-in grass paddock for contained, on leash work. Come enjoy the peace and beauty of Starwind Farm with your canine companion.

Please note - use of the pool needs to be booked as an "extra". Please message me if you are having trouble. Come let your dog(s) play in our fully fenced, 2 acre yard. The yard is fully fenced with stockade fencing on three sides and black chainlink along the back. Very small dogs may be able to squeeze out the back gate along the woods line, so please pay close attention. The yard has tons of shade trees and you are welcome to sit on the deck while your dog explores. The pool is extra, so please consider this when booking. You can add the pool time if you look under "extras". The pool is also fully fenced. There are chairs in the pool area as well! We will provide dog towels - please hang them on the pool fence when you are done. People are welcome to swim, but please bring your own towels. We do have life jackets that you are welcome to use, but you may want to bring your own so you a sure it fits your dog. Please do not allow your dog to potty in the pool area. Kids are okay, but they must be under direct adult supervision (over 18) at all times. Please know, for everyone's safety, we do have cameras in the yard.

There are no other houses to our other side or surrounding. There IS a wood 6 ft privacy fence obscuring any view from said pup. If she is outside, she may want to run along the fenceline saying “hi!” for a few minutes (if she is outside and it’s a distraction our neighbours are very kind/easy to communicate with and we as hosts would be happy to extend any time lost to distraction. :-) She also sometimes likes to run up and down, back and forth the fenceline with our puppies if they’ll engage and does it playfully. ☺️ 🌖 It is also somehow both lit well in the immediate backyard at night while simultaneously being a few steps from seeing the stars shining bright! There are solar lights as well as motion sensor lights to guide you easily in and out! 🫶 This listing also includes access to an indoor splash area/wash off area for your pup! A little over a half acre of unfenced in yard. Our property includes roaring brook that runs through the back - my dogs love swimming there! We also have a public trail that runs through our yard and our neighbors on the street (not really maintained but walkable for sure- we call it bear highway since that’s all we see using it.) We also have a playground available for dogs & kids alike. We also added a covered gazebo for additional seating or shade. We do have a kiddie pool we can fill and leave out as well. We also have a smaller fenced in area in our middle lot where our dogs do not play and do not have access to. There are chairs there to sit if you need and a fire pit! Our property is set back from the road quite a bit. You come down the long driveway and you would park in front of our skeleton where the driveway turns from rock to pavement. You are welcome to pull down as far as you want to the water by the tree line. We have doggie poop bags by the garage and you can throw any trash in the green bin by the road (it’s bear proof so anything is fine!). We hope to host you soon :) Ps: our ‘lovely’ neighbor recently put up a white fence in the lower lot- please do not cross that. You are welcome to walk the path the other way though! ;)
