Come visit a hidden gem in PA. This dog park was formerly a 9 hole golf course. It is a fully fenced 20 acres including 10 acres of mowed grass, trails through high grass and a large pond for swimmers. In the winter time there are trails to walk in when the snow is deep.

Fluffy Ridge Trails is located amongst some of the most scenic covered bridges in the country, close to the shores of Lake Erie, a short drive to exceptional dining and shopping in historic Ashtabula Harbor and in the middle of Northeast Ohio’s wine country! This private dog park boasts 2 miles of well-maintained trails, apple trees, and blackberry bushes are abundant. You and your best friend can walk the trails, and then relax under the shade of a timber-style gazebo, which includes a swing, music, electrical outlets, concrete pad and fire pit (wood included) for your enjoyment. Inside our Sniff Spot Lounge we provide complimentary drinks, snacks, bug spray, sunscreen and of course dog treats! Fluffy Ridge Trails is one-of-kind!!!

This beautiful 10 acres has trails that are well groomed and Paint marked making it very east to navigate through the property. There are plenty of trees and smells for you and your dog to escape to. You will be able to be one in nature with the property be completely remote from the hustle and bustle of the city. This is in a nice rural community of Kinsman Ohio, small town USA roughly an hour from Cleveland and hour and half from Pittsburgh. There is a gravel parking pad just inside the red gate. Private Pond Pooch Paradise

Our property sits 1200+ feet off of the main road and is a total of 28 acres. There are neighboring properties that are 50 acres and 80 acres so no close homes in most directions. We are located approximately 1 mile from West Branch State Park. The property has a clean swimming pond, a walkable forest area with some established trails that are currently covered with leaves. We are a working farm with about 8 acres of crops. There is a large 3 acre wheat field in the front great for ball throwing. The remaining non crop acres are walking paths with some cut grass and yard. We do not have any livestock but our neighbors have cows. There is a secure fence on one side of our property that keeps the cows in their pasture. They’ve never visited us! Neighboring properties are also farms with over 100 acres of open land, woods and crops surrounding our property with no main or visible roads. You can see houses on one side of the property and that’s where the cows live! They have dogs but they’ve never visited us. We do have 2 well behaved German Shorthaired Pointers named River and Remmy who run freely on the property. However we will keep them inside when guests use the property. We have a bench to sit on in a shaded area around the pond for relaxing. The woods are beautiful to walk about as well. There is a large rock in the woods to take a rest on with an amazing ravine creek view. Our property is large and not fenced so dogs with impeccable recall should enjoy the freedom to play, run, swim, sniff and explore. Leashed walks are also welcome. Long leads can also be used. Because we are so far off of any main roads you will feel comfortable here! Your pups are welcome to swim in the pond during your visit. During recent rains our property stays mainly dry and the woods are relatively dry as well as there are many leaves covering the ground. In the winter when the ground is frozen it’s a beautiful walk.

All dogs on site must be fully vaccinated- bordetella included. Dogs also must be current on worm prevention- poo must be picked up and put into the waste can provided.

We have trails through woods, trees are marked 3 red lines is property line, this is down a almost mile lane from any road, rough terrain though woods will require boots , we do not worry so much about cleaning up dog poop in the woods but we do have a lot of wildlife in woods deer/ porcupines etc so if off leash please make ur recall is good 👍 Pond is in yard of our home you are welcome to use it clean spring water , you can also get to pond though woods, we do have chickens that free range near house, many creeks through woods Make sure your furry friend has flea/ tick prevention on ! If you schedule during weekend we are more than welcome to show you around!
