55This is our first time trying Sniffspot and Chip set the bar very high! We live a bit more on the city side so our six month old lab has never been trusted to be off leash with all the rushing cars and neighbors. This trip really helped Blaze and my husband and I gain more confidence that he can be trusted with a little more freedom in certain areas.
He had so much fun exploring the taller strips of grass and brush and the run off stream that cuts through the property. Everything was very well maintained and this may be our go to spot! The random chuck it toys hanging were such a cute touch. Jessica R.

55Perfect, easy morning! My pup and I are still working on off leash confidence (mostly mine 😉) so I was a bit nervous about the unfenced areas, but she did amazing and the tree line serves as the perfect pseudo barrier! We will be back!!Maggie B.

The creek was up so neither of the dogs felt comfortable to swim, so another visit will be needed to take full advantage. The property was well-maintained though I highly recommend wearing waterproof shoes as my tennis shoes were squishy with water by the end (host recommends this but I ignored at my own peril.) FAQ About Antioch Dog Parks
Are dog parks good for dogs?
It is important for dogs to have off leash exercise to sniff and run. But the free and open nature of public dog parks has drawbacks. There could be aggressive dogs, disease transmission and cleanliness issues. For this reason, many dog behaviorists discourage visiting public dog parks and recommend Sniffspot's private dog parks. Sniffspot private dog parks only allow one guest to book at a time and are not open to the public, which solves many of these issues.
Are dog parks safe?
While public dog parks have a number of safety issues, such as aggressive dogs, disease transmission and general cleanliness, Sniffspot dog parks much safer than public dog parks. With Sniffspot all bookings are private for just you and dogs you bring with you and we require all dogs to be vaccinated (or have equivalent titers). All Sniffspot locations are vetted and reviewed by guests so you can find the perfect place for you and your dog. 7% of reviews on Sniffspot visits in the Antioch area are 5 stars.
How do I know if a dog park works for my dog?
