We have a beautiful 2 acre spot right on the Colorado River here in East Central Austin. Our dog is living her best life here, and we thought, “hey this could be a great place for people To bring their dogs!” And we are here for it! You can walk the the perimeter of the property, which is a perfect 400 meters(1 track lap). Part of the trail is all along the Colorado River, lined with beautiful tall trees. Sit in the egg chairs or hammock in the trees or enjoy the ample yard art everywhere and there is seating everywhere! We are always looking to make this experience the best it can be and your next fav spot to bring furry friend. Please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions. Fully fenced except the driveway which does not have a gate. Feel free to park on the driveway!

The deck has seating for 12, a fridge stocked with cold beverages, a smart tv and surround sound to enjoy a show or music. Our back fence door leads to a small pond behind our home. What an amazing time!! The layout is unique and kept the dogs interested! They jumped in the river, played in the grass and loved the doggy pool, definitely recommend that add on for the summer!!! Alyssa is a great host and had the lawn mowed, sunscreen and towels, and is very responsive to messages and questions!! Check out this sniffspot!!

We had a great time at this Sniffspot! It was a hot one at even 7pm but there was plenty of shade in the yard and the dogs had so much fun exploring and running around. We loved all the different areas the yard had and there was a lot to offer.

Really gorgeous land with lots of fun treasures to look at. It was really the absolute best time! The doggies had a blast!! Lots of shade and room to run. We felt completely comfortable with the boys off leash. We gave the boys a little bday party while out there 🥳. The lemonade was a tasty touch! 🙏 They had the kayaks ready for us to go out on the river and even left towels out. We appreciate the opportunity to be able to relax in such a special spot. Lyle and I finally made it to this magical spot yesterday. While I have not met the owners personally, let me just say that the communication throughout booking has been top notch. The generosity in them sharing their waterfront land with the public is a remarkable gesture to anyone who experiences it! My Golden didn’t really take advantage of the huge property to run and fun, as it’s right on the river and he was there to swim, swim, swim. Just a 20 minute drive from our home in SE Austin. This area of Austin takes you back to a slower pace. So peaceful and relaxing. Truly a gem. Thanks so much!

This place has gotten so much better than the last time I visited, which was already hard to do. This time there was a map of the property, everything was rearranged, a kiddie pool was filled, and there's a new option to take polaroids!!! Forever my fave spot

Great spot! Something to keep in mind is this spot has “old Spiderhouse” vibes aka lots of fun collectibles in little patches around the space so if you’re bringing your dog on a long line, you might get them out to the main clearing and then swap over to your long line. My boy had lots of fun frolicking around.

My pups really enjoyed this space and exploring - they got the zoomies and were exhausted by the end! My only regret is not purchasing the pool as one of my pups was a bit nervous to get into the river 😂 We definitely will be back!

HUGE yard!! This was the perfect place to let my pups run around while also staying cool. Lots of open space to run and the trees provided the perfect shade to allow them to cool down. Super easy to drive to. The host had toys and mosquito spray available. If I could rate this more than 5 stars, I would!!

Our dogs had a blast! Tons of room to run around but they were most excited to hang out in the water. I didn’t see a fence on one side of the property so we did need to practice our recall, which all dogs did great with. We’d love to bring our dogs back here again soon!
