This was a nice private location. Gate was secure all the way around. Stephanie left out water and even included two treats for my boys that they really enjoyed once they were tired out from running. There was some cool birds in the surrounding trees and some frogs I saw too which was neat.It might be important to note that this yard is on a bit of an incline, but my boys didn’t mind at all. Would recommend!

This sniff spot was our first and what a lovely way for two lab pups to have their meet and greet! The yard is very well kept and on a pretty hillside. It has three levels that make nice run patterns. We have an energetic 8 month pup so the uphill running was a great way to exude extra energy. The patio is nice and we appreciated the convenient water on a hot day. Thank you, Stephanie, for a lovely first visit! :)

55This is the most amazing Sniffspot I have ever seen! They have an entire covered area outside that’s heated has a big screen TV Wi-Fi, a fireplace, two couches, blankets, and pillows so that you can relax while your dog plays! Perfect for when it’s cold, rainy, or just for any reason! Free Wi-Fi all of the premium channels you could ever want, blankets, drinks for pups and humans, they even have a bathroom you can use. I have been to about 80 sniff spots and I have never seen anything like this. It is amazing. It’s amazing for the dogs and it’s amazing for the humans! The yard is quite large, at least .75 of an acre with a huge area for dogs to run and lots of places for them to sniff and lots of little animals for them to find it’s great! They also have an outdoor fireplace and they will give you wood if you want to start a fire with outdoor seating as well! Very clean, well-maintained yard with just enough stuff for dogs to love and smell and find little critters. Did I mention that they have a fully heated area outside with a big screen, TV, Wi-Fi, a fireplace, blankets, two couches pillows, drinks and music for humans and dogs to enjoy! You can come watch the football game while your dog plays. Honestly, I’ve never seen anything like it. And I think it’s such an amazing idea and you should definitely try this place. Priscilla D.

This is the most amazing Sniffspot I have ever seen! What a fantastic set up!! Great yard for our 3 dogs and a “green house” with sofas, heaters, and TV with WiFi. There is also a stocked mini fridge, snacks, and fans (when it’s warmer), candles. It’s started to snow (unexpectedly) the day we went so it was soooo cozy warm inside. Karen messaged with me to make sure our stay was good and if we needed anything. Awesome host and awesome spot— we will be back!!

Very nice experience. There is a nice open space for zoomies, and great shade for warm days. Host provided a little greenhouse shelter area which was appreciated. If your dog has reactivity difficulties, there are neighbor dogs that will vocalize and engage at their side of the fence, but it is not on a shared fenceline(about 3ft between) and the way the yard is set up, there is space to create good distance and lessen the trigger. Very good experience for us!

This is a perfect fenced in yard for our dog to run around in/play fetch. He loves squirrels and birds so there was plenty to watch during our stay. There was also plenty of shade with the tree and the greenhouse.

Spot was great. Yard is a mix of some sun and plenty of shade to keep the dogs cool. Human amenities were great with a covered and heated enclosure with comfortable couches and a mini fridge to name a few.

What a cute little spot!! Fully fenced, well maintained grass, safe and quiet. The drive through the neighborhood is gorgeous as well. Water was fresh and cold for the pups! Best part was the parking. You can drive right up to the gate and let your pups in and out with ease! Highly recommend and will definitely come back if I’m in the area again 😊

Gracious host. Beautiful shaded yard. Was worried it was too hot a day, but because of the shade, it felt very comfortable. My dogs loved sniffing around the wooded lot. Host had water out for the dogs which they used. Although I do live 20 miles away, I will come back as often as I can.

Had my first visit here on a warm morning and it was such a treat. So much shade which is a major perk with my large, double coated dogs who don’t tolerate heat well. And the host left out two water bowls and a large insulated jug of cool water.

Awesome SniffSpot! Great location, beautiful scenery. Quiet except for the singing birds. Lots of seating options. As written in the description, a very small dog could fit through the slats below the deck. One of my pups managed to do this while I wasn’t looking, lol. But only very small/slim dogs who are a little naughty like mine would be able to do that, haha. Description on SniffSpot was accurate and communication was great! We look forward to coming back!
