Nice to have a Sniffspot near my apartment that just gives my dog some time to be a dog instead of a fixture on a leash! Thanks so much. (Note: My dog - 11lb Chihuahua mix- probably could have squeezed though the slats to the next yard on one side, but was deterred by the large vertical drop. Owners of small dogs without self-preservation instincts might want to be careful)

This spot is so relaxing that it merits a visit even without the dogs! But they had a great time, too. Ben ran the perimeter several times, then dove in to the more important work of sniffing and marking, and sniffing and marking. Finn pretended to be checking on us, but I suspect she also enjoyed the shade. I was worried about bugs and voila! Bug repellant! Dog treats, sunblock, poopy bags, multiple water bowls, and comfortable seating on a shaded deck - everything you might need to unwind. Great for those with and without opposable thumbs. This spot is the best! I almost don’t want to review it for fear too many others will discover it and steal away all the calendar slots. The hosts are extremely helpful, thoughtful, and nice and the yard is an idyllic oasis right in DC proper. It’s heaven sent for my pups.

This was a great spot to facilitate an adoption event! It has a huge yard, so we could walk the two dogs apart from one another without being confined to tiny circles. We also had plenty of space for them to try playing with one another, take breaks, and just enjoy being dogs. Plus, the hosts were great about keeping the yard clean, providing basic dog supplies, and giving instructions in advance. I'd definitely recommend this spot!
