Jim was kind and welcoming with a friendly greeting. Once through the private fence, we were able to have a peaceful and private hour of uninterrupted play! The yard was pristine and the amenities for both dogs and people were very thoughtful. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend this sniff spot!

What an amazing spot! Lots of wide open space and secure fencing. The host made us feel so welcome by leaving water, treats, and having lots of fun toys available. I especially recommend this spot for reactive dogs who really need their own space. We will be back!

The host, Jim, has thought of everything! They supply toys and treats for your pup, plus bottled water for the pet owners. My dog loved running all around the large grassy yard and playing fetch with the newly discovered toys. We had a great experience! I highly recommend Jim's private backyard!

Jim is the best! He is always so friendly and accommodating. We early in the morning on the day it’ll hit 100+ to avoid the heat and he had water bottles in ice for us. Having the large bowls and access to the hose is always such a bonus.

This a clean well maintained backyard with tall fencing to the ground. No puppy or little dog with slip out of this fence and the yard is a great size for dogs to run.

Such a great spot! Had poop bags, bucket of toys, water bottles and a cute white board written with our company name on it. Well covered fence, beautiful yard and neighborhood. Will definitely be making this a regular spot for our training program!

Nice, well cared large yard. Thoughtful gestures from host such as bucket of toys, a dog bed, clean towels to dry off after a wet romp and a paw wash. He also left out bottled water for the humans. My dog thoroughly enjoyed this spot.

Sniffspot only allows one booking at a time and any host dogs are required to be kept away from the spot during visits. We also enforce 30 min time buffers between bookings.
