Safe, secure and fun Sniffspot. There are treasure chests filled with toys, an agility field and all sorts of supplies & refreshments. There is first aid, poop bags, water, dog treats, towels, plenty of seating, magazines, cell phone chargers, space heaters, human snacks & beverages....the list goes on. Fran has thought of everything and more....definitely the hostess with the mostest. Very welcoming and comfortable vibe here. We visit regularly and cannot imagine our life without Ranch Setting.

This sniffspot far exceeded any expectations I ever could have imagined. Fran has thought of everything to ensure pups and humans enjoy her space. There were toys galore, treats, and fresh coffee. All 4 fields were clean and well kept. Each field offered fresh water and a poo can. Fran is an awesome host who took the time to greet us and give a little tour of her spot. Looking forward to returning!

Really happy to have such a pleasant place to be on this drizzly, wet morning. Before Sniffspot we would dutifully go walking about the neighborhood on rainy days and by the time we got home Cooper would almost need a bath from all the dirty water and who knows what else covering his feet, belly, legs and tail. Today we ran & played for 2 hours and, although a bit wet, Cooper was clean and Mama was happy because she had a tent to take shelter from the rain & warm coffee during her outing. Just a really wonderful escape.

Loved this place and the host. Each field is securely fenced, and the property itself is fenced on top of that. There are toys and agility equipment for the dogs and *tons* of amenities for you, including shelter in each field.
We will definitely be back and book for longer. It's big and a peaceful place to spend the afternoon.

This was the first sniffspot I have ever visited- It will be hard for another sniffspot to live up to what we experienced here. This is doggie heaven! I have a dog that is very excitable and it can translate to sometimes barking at other dogs or taking a bit of time for her to get used to another dog. So it is nice go somewhere and not worry about meeting new dogs.

This Sniffspot has changed our lives. Over the last few weeks of coming here regularly, my reactive boy Cooper has slowly but surely relaxed more and more and is such a happier little man. He feels totally secure here and can explore and play freely rather than being stuck on the end of a leash. I can't imagine our lives without this magical place and feel so privileged every time we visit. ❤️

Such a perfect Sniffspot...and a nicer host you will not meet. Fran is out of this world and it's obvious she really enjoys creating the most amazing spot for her guests. Really incredible Sniffspot. A "must-visit" for every dog lover, for sure. The setup is perfect for individual dogs or large groups and would even be a really great place for training. 4 fields with latching gates to allow use separately or as one large area. Plenty of toys and fresh water in each field and lots of shade & seating for people. The grass is always mowed and there are a variety of terrains to explore. Amazing spot and our most regular stomping ground. Definitely our favorite.

We've been coming here regularly for some time now. Such an amazing place to be...instead of boring on-leash neighborhood walks, we get to run free and play! So grateful to have such a safe, beautiful place to spend our mornings and could not be happier. An incredible Sniffspot for reactive dogs....so secure and we can relax completely. Perfect!

Fran rocks the house! This Sniffspot is set up perfectly....super secure and private. Recently the neighbors have been home a little bit but thanks to Fran's amazing visual barriers and the flexibility of multiple fields, we still feel secluded and can enjoy our time with no problems. Truly spectacular place to play. ☺

My pup LOVES Fran’s Sniff Spot!! He can barely contain himself with excitement when we pull into her driveway! He meets up with half-brother and his girlfriend pup from next door every time we go. The three of them have so much fun playing with all of the toys Fran offers! And the mamas love how she spoils us too with coffee and snacks. It is truly for both our pups and us. It is so relaxing let them go crazy playing in her beautiful fenced yard while we get to take a break in one of her outdoor chairs...that are even under a canopy because of the unpredictable weather in this area. So, if your pup loves to play outside with all of the newest and creative toys and have acres to run around, then they will LOVE this Sniff Spot! It is a weekly tradition for us 🐾❤️

Spectacular! We come here now instead of our regular walks around the neighborhood and it's sooo much better. Cooper has way more fun running around off leash playing with toys instead of being stuck on the end of a leash and I just love wandering around enjoying the peace & quiet and fresh air. Loved this place. My dog had so much fun exploring and playing with the toys provided. There's seating and shade. The best part was the kiddie pool that my dog got to play in. Definitely going back

Fran rocks the house. She has provided all sorts of creature comforts....coffee, snacks, hot water for tea & hot cocoa, chairs....the list goes on. It's a really nice place to be for both dogs and humans alike. There are now 5 fields so it's a really nice sized space if you leave all the gates open...otherwise, you can keep some or all of the gates closed to limit your play area. The setup is really perfect. There is agility equipment in one of the fields and tug toys on some of the trees and oodles & oodles of toys. It's paradise and we just love it here. ♥

Fun and totally safe. Tall fencing surrounds Sniffspot and private....we've seen the neighbors maybe once in all of the very many times we've visited. Loads of toys and activities for the pups and Fran has provided endless supplies and creature comforts. One of our very favorite Sniffspots for sure.
