Come on over a run free on our little slice of heaven! This 2 acre hidden gem is nestled in the middle of town. Stroll along the creek, adventure through the trees or romp in the open field. This property is truly a doggo's paradise! Please park on the street in front of the gate. Stay safe, keep your fur baby leashed until both you and your dog(s) are through the gate. If you don't want a mess, stay away from the cattails as it is VERY muddy (if your dog enjoys a good mud bath, go for it!). Please pick up after yourselves and ENJOY!!!

Fully fenced, 48” pvc fence (see photos) with wire attached to prevent escape. A small pool for drinking/soaking (water will be changed between dogs). Room to run! The grass natural prairie type grass with some weeds. I do pull all thorny type weeds so there should be no sticker burs, goat heads or foxtails. I have two dogs that I will keep inside during your visit.

Country Run's 58 Acre Private Ranch In Conifer

Country Run's Private Ranch is 58 acres located just shy of one mile off of Highway 285 off of Pleasant Park Road. An amazing location - a hidden gem. As you walk from the parking area along the path, the property opens up into a beautiful aspen forest with wooden benches and a large meadow. Half way down the meadow on the left (west) side is a small riparian area with Alder trees - the beginning of several spring fed creeks. The hillside on the east side of the property offers rock outcroppings, large rock benches and 360 views. Our dogs thoroughly enjoy their time here and we hope your dog does, too! Depending on the time of year, the spring fed area can be muddy, an old towel is recommended for the drive home. This property is perfect for dog walks, picnics and celebrations. Come enjoy a walk thru the woods on a private groomed trail/road. The trail is about a 1/2 mile down to a clear, open area to further enjoy, with a creek and watering hole. Much of the trail is shaded from the forest canopy. Once down by the creek, the temp is about 10 degrees cooler as well. The boundaries of the "spot" are the county road on the top side and the creek on the bottom side. *We require a completed Sniffspot profile with details and pictures of your dog(s) to confirm our guests. *To keep us and all our neighbors safe, NO SMOKING of any kind, for any reason, NO EXCEPTIONS is allowed on property.

We had a great time visiting this spot! The view is wonderful and serene. My four dogs had plenty of room to run, sniff, and explore. It was also very clean. My pups enjoyed getting to see horses from a safe distance, chase geese, and play with each other. A quick note of caution for small dog owners: (particularly if your dog has bad recall like mine): there is a small section of fence (north side near entrance) and a gate that my small dogs were able to walk under and access the neighbor’s property (couldn’t resist the chickens). Ryan is in the process of addressing this (thanks, Ryan!), but for now remain vigilant as the neighbors have many animals and there is an easy path to the road if your pup gets out. Small dogs can also access the barn via the chicken coop doors. Overall, a fantastic spot and worth the drive from Aurora. The property is so large we didn’t even get to explore some sections! We’ll be back!

We had a great time! Directions and entry were easy to follow, Ryan was a great host and provided bags, water, ect. We took a few laps around the property and really enjoyed the mountain views.

What a wonderful sniff spot! Beckham had such a great time and he got to run and enjoy so much! The field was fully fenced and very well maintained. The views of the mountains were great! The host was very responsive and provided perfect instructions for entering and exiting the property. We will definitely be back again very soon!

Wow! What an amazing spot for our pups. They absolutely loved every inch of the spacious 6 acres. Even when dry, they were especially excited about the pond. Can't wait for the spring runoff to fill the pond so they can splash and cool off especially as it gets warmer. The fencing was very secure and access through the pull-through gates was easy. I was particularly impressed with the loomy and verdant field. The ground is lush and spongy with minimal weeds, if any. The dogs enjoyed snacking on the tender and sweet grass shoots. Perfect views of mountains for the humans. The small farm next door provided some additional interesting sights, sounds and smells. All at an ideal distance that even our most reactive pup was able to appreciate without the anxiety. Simply a beautiful patch of nature. Thank you so much for sharing with us. We can't wait to visit again soon and often.

Absolutely beautiful spot! Lots of room to run and sniff. One tip: I did a poor job of closing the gate behind me and it slowly opened while we were running around the spot. Just fyi. We loved all the space and the views!

This spot is amazing! So much room to run. The fence seemed secure, but my dogs had so much space that they didn’t even attempt to sniff around the fence for holes or anything. Fetch was a blast and the view was gorgeous. Not much shade, but perfect for a cool day! The land is super well cared for and the host is very kind and helpful! Will definitely be back.

Can’t beat the views! Great, flat spot with lots of space to explore and secure fencing - perfect for frisbee! Directions provided were very helpful, land was well maintained, and the setup (chairs, water bowl, sanitizer, etc) was great.

Exactly what we were looking for! * Huge space * Fully fenced * Mountain views * Easy-to-follow directions * Thoughtful touches like water, hand sanitizer, poop bags and a trash can. * Potential exposure to horses, groups of people (church on one side of the property), other dogs (barely visible, but heard, on other side of the fence and behind some trees). We’re training so working around these things was all a plus for us, as we walked the huge property, but noting in case your dog has an issue with any of it. There’s still plenty of property if you needed to avoid any of these triggers. * We’ll be back!

We had the best time at this sniff spot, and the views are stunning. There’s multiple gates but if you follow the directions provided by the host it was easy to find/access. The spot was clean and water as well as disposable bags were provided. Thanks for sharing your space with us, we’d love to visit again soon!

My 11 month old pup and I had a blast walking around and exploring this property. It had just rained and the property was not muddy - good grass cover. We also saw 2 Great Blue Herons. There was water set out for my pup as well as poop bags and a towel. The directions were good. We will be back!

Our visit today was picture perfect, Ryan's property is heavenly. The acreage is wide open and flat, lined with soft grass. Ryan was not kidding about the mountain views, they're stunning. The single engine planes that fly overhead and land nearby are so cool to watch. My dogs and I had so much fun. Such a wonderful place to just stroll or run and play fetch. The chicken coop (that they helped themselves into), irrigation ditch, drainage pipe, and dry old pond were award winning features for my dachshunds. They didn't even notice the horses next door, but did have a one-way staring contest with the chickens! The patio was so inviting and comfortable, I could have sat there all day. The new squeaky tennis ball that Ryan had waiting for us got used and abused. Without a doubt worth the hour drive!

What a great Sniffspot!! This property was awesome. So much space for my dogs to sniff, roam, and play. The host provided poop bags, fresh water, hand sanitizer and a couple tennis balls! There was one hole in the fence at the southwest corner near some sort of water drain. The hole wasn’t big enough for my dogs to fit through but would probably fit smaller pups.

Beautiful spot with amazing views and so much room to run! Lots of fabulous sniffing opportunities for the pups and no dogs on neighboring lots (in case you have a reactive dog or one that enjoys a good fence fight). Fencing is about 4 ft high on most of the lot with a couple of areas with 8-10" gap on bottom - so unless you have a jumper or a very small dog, should be secure. Our guys had a blast!
