35 Acres to Explore in Peyton – Great for Off-Leash Dogs, Gundog Training & Pond Fun
Welcome to our private, open-acre dog park in Peyton! This quiet, rural space offers lots of room for your dog to explore, sniff, and run freely. The area is fenced on the north, south, and west sides with T-post and barbed wire, but the east side is open, so this spot is best for dogs with good recall or under close supervision. This is also a great property for training gundogs or bird dogs. With wide open space, varied terrain, and natural distractions, it's perfect for practicing recall, obedience, and fieldwork-style training. Please note: 🐾 There are natural hazards such as cactus, prairie dog holes, red anthills, and prickly brush—please supervise your pup carefully. 🐴 Horses can sometimes be seen on the neighboring property to the north. 🐶 Our personal dog may be outside in the fenced area near the house but won’t be accessible to your dog. 🚫 No people should be visible or around during your visit. 🚗 Park on the north or south side of the brown house when you arrive via the dirt easement road off Judge Orr. This is a peaceful place to let your dog enjoy nature—just be mindful of the environment and boundaries (please don’t cross the pond on the east side).

Amy's 2 Acre Fully Fenced Private Dog Park w/ pool In Parker
*fall special price$!! We try to keep the pool heated to around 78-80 degrees right now & we hope to keep it opened til late October, depending on weather. Once the pool is closed for the season, we will still be on sniffspot (minus the pool for a lower price) Note: Our 5 yo Black Lab Kennedy is available to rent for free if your pup wants some socialization and or swimming tutorials!* We live on a 6-acre property, of which about 2 acres b/w the front yard and backyard are fully fenced in. In the privacy fenced backyard, we have an in-ground pool that is dog friendly. Including steps they can easily exit the pool from. **note the price listed is for swimming pups. 1 hour= $50 for the 1st pup, $25 per extra pup. **. I also have a "non swimming pup" who just wants to sniff on the "extras" for $15. We welcome up to 2 adults to join in the swim at no cost. If there will be more than 2 attendees swimming, please add as an "extra" for $25. Limit of a total of 4 people unless approved in advance.** There is a doggie door between the front yard and the backyard so your dog/dogs will have lots of room to run around. We live out in East Parker, and it feels like out in the country. We have 2 dogs of our own. 1 is a black lab and 1 a mutt. Owning labs for over 20 years, is how we became passionate about opening our pool to other dogs who love to swim! We do keep our pups securely in the house or sometimes leave the house if requested. Also feel free to send messages about off hours as we may approve them if given enough notice. Note: I leave at least 30 minutes between bookings to assure there are no run ins and time to clean the pool. We have horses for neighbors and great views. Come enjoy some relaxion and wear out your pup at the same time! Keep checking the calendar as I release times, sometimes even last minute. Please see newly added option for additional pups to join that are non-swimmers at a discount. So they can just hang out and "sniff." See the "extras" Please reach out with any questions!

The Oregon Trail (Dog trail by Sedalia, CO)
We are temporarily closed. Our neighborhood secured federal and state grants for fire mitigation. We will have people and machines through the woods for the foreseeable future. Please feel free to message and we will contact you when we reopen. Thank you for understanding. Come enjoy a walk thru the woods on a private groomed trail/road. The trail is about a 1/2 mile down to a clear, open area to further enjoy, with a creek and watering hole. Much of the trail is shaded from the forest canopy. Once down by the creek, the temp is about 10 degrees cooler as well. The boundaries of the "spot" are the county road on the top side and the creek on the bottom side. *We require a completed Sniffspot profile with details and pictures of your dog(s) to confirm our guests. *To keep us and all our neighbors safe, NO SMOKING of any kind, for any reason, NO EXCEPTIONS is allowed on property.
