We are across from pineknob golf course and music venue. You can hear the music from our yard . Theres lots of trees and bushes that block us from the road your dogs won’t even see the cars driving past We have lots of cut grass the dogs can run around and play . Enjoy a beautiful walk on a network of trails that traverse rolling hills in and out of the forest. At the back of the property, you will enjoy some of the best and most private scenery in Oakland County. As summer turns to fall there are a lot fewer bugs and beautiful color changes. Some trees are changing already. Please stay on the cleared paths on the West side and South portion of the property due to work being done on other sections. There are wooden arrow signs that help you navigate to the back of the property and back to the parking area. Thank you. We have 80 acres in the mid-Michigan area. Our front 40 is partially fenced grass pasture for livestock. The back 40 is wooded and hosts almost 1 mile in walking paths with direct walking access to hundreds of acres of state land. Owners and pets will enjoy a beach, 1 acre pond for swimming and lots of wide open spaces for running. This property is not fenced and good recall is a must. We have chickens that free range around our yard and away from the designated area, but still within view. If your dog is strongly prey driven we cannot accommodate your request to use our land. We also are a Hipcamp host with 5 campsites located around the designated area. Upon arrival to the property there will be signs posted to guide you to the camp area. Please follow these signs to get to the area for parking and playing.

This spot was developed as a starting pen for beagles. Brush piles, food plots, and secure cover were established for rabbits. Elevated observation decks (use at your own risk) were built for dog owners to observe their dog working a running rabbit. This spot is designed for beagle use but is multi use for all breeds of dogs. This spot is located in the "country" with easy parking and access. There are very few distractions which allows you the opportunity to enjoy a peaceful experience on mowed trails with plenty of area to investigate, and plenty of scents to stimulate your dogs sniffer.
