55Really clean spot with plenty for your dog to do! We personally used the mini agility course in between Bogart laying out on the grass. There is a grooming facility adjacent to the play area so you hear blow dryers (something to consider if your dog is reactive to blow dryer noises). 55super cute spot and setup! i didn’t realize it was a grooming business as well & all the windows / screen door were open the whole time we were there— the blow drying noise is pretty loud, and there was a dog that was barking the last 20 minutes we were there, so I would keep in mind if your pup has any reactivity! My golden is pretty timid with foreign sounds and objects so this was a good opportunity for us to desensitize however it could be distracting at times for the both of us when it got very loud, however I’m sure it’s not like this at all times of the day. It is important for dogs to have off leash exercise to sniff and run. But the free and open nature of public dog parks has drawbacks. There could be aggressive dogs, disease transmission and cleanliness issues. For this reason, many dog behaviorists discourage visiting public dog parks and recommend Sniffspot's private dog parks. Sniffspot private dog parks only allow one guest to book at a time and are not open to the public, which solves many of these issues.
Are dog parks safe?
