It’s a great spot near the top of the hillside can see most of Williamsport and south Williamsport from here it’s a beautiful property❤️ there is a good sized fenced in area in my open back yard it’s a very nice black fence that was just installed a year ago ! This property is 5 acres of mostly open space about 1 acre is wooded that lines the property. We do have a barn where we keep chickens. We let our chickens free range, however they typically stay at the barn area. We are 5 minutes off of Routes 11/15 and 2 miles outside of the town of Liverpool. We offer a wrap-around upper porch where you can sit and swing while watching your doggos. We offer many amenities if you do not see one listed we can make accommodations. I work from home so I am available at all times. We have a 2-year-old toddler who loves all animals. We also have 2 huskies, and 1 outside cat. We also offer doggy daycare and overnight boarding if you need those services.

**Due to the winter season, all furniture, kiddie pool, hose, fountains/pond, sprinkler, dog hangout area, and decorative lighting have been put away. The gazebo is used to store many of these items, so it is off limits till spring. Fresh water will only be provided in the bowls on the deck. Camp Fire, S’mores, Tread Scavenger Hunt, Bubbles & Biscuits, and Rip & Tear Extras will not be available until spring. There is a deck with table, seating, and umbrellas, a small pond, a screened in gazebo with a fan and seating, a hammock area, a shaded doggy hangout, and a fire pit with seating. We have a variety of surfaces: concrete sidewalk, mulch landscaping beds, dirt holes for digging, wood deck with rugs, gravel beds, and plenty of grass! The yard is lined with large trees for shade. They are not able to get out and are secured during every visit.

No poop bags provided or needed, just make sure it's not where people walk. Half hour visits are available. Discount code for first time visitors. A huge tree was removed not too long ago. There is still chips that have to be cleaned up in the middle of the yard. Otherwise there’s chairs around a fire pit where you may relax and a huge umbrella that can give you shade. There’s is also a hammock you may enjoy! Do bring bug spray because there are some mosquitos.
